I captured this shot about 10 minutes ago off the Galveston WebCam and couldn't believe what I saw....appears to be a tornado on the left side of the picture!!

Could have been stream of smoke from fire at condo project on Seawall.

I don't think that's a fire, it dosn't look like one! It must be a tornado, or a waterspout!

Yes, it was a fire. Look at the time on the photo. It is during the fire. That's smoke, not storm clouds and a tornado or waterspout.

It was a bad fire! I feel so sorry for all those displaced from their homes.
