I think that message is code for a storm that is developing, and it may impact SW Florida.

 

On the other hand, perhaps the OP thinks that if you need to ask, you are not cleared to know!

I understood, but maybe thats cause i studied meterology in florida in college. It looks like the tropical disturbance in the gulf of mexico has potential to become a tropical storm in the next 48 hours but the National weather center is not expecting it. i would say unless the ocean temps are there it probably will not but expect some rain in south western florida over the next few days.

It appears that that system may become Ana within the next couple of days. If so, there appears to be a 50 percent chance that it might impact SWFL by Wed.

 

Perfectly clear to me! But my screen name might explain why! :D
