I would say yes since you booked before Jan 1/09 and coupons and OBC were still combinable then.

Yes, for those who booked prior to Jan. 1, 2009. I will be using my last OBC and C&A coupon for my Liberty cruise in Sept. All other cruises I will only be able to use my Diamond balcony discount.
