cherylrrt Posted December 29, 2004 #1 Share Posted December 29, 2004 Over a year planning this trip, we will be leaving on the Star Sunday. My friend and her fiancée will be getting married in Jamaica which will be on Friday 7th, which happens to be our 10 year wedding anniversary. Question: If anyone has recently been on the ship which nights would be the best ones to dine at the 2 specialty restaurants, we don't want to miss the lobster or the snow crab. Soo looking forward to getting out of this snow! Cheryl

giustot Posted December 29, 2004 #3 Share Posted December 29, 2004 In my experience the best days to eat at the alternative restaurants are any of the days between the two formal nights. In your case it would be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Just pick whicever days work best for reservation times. Good luck. Tom.
Rare Coral Posted December 29, 2004 #4 Share Posted December 29, 2004 The weakest menu in our opinion was the Caribbean menu which on our Eastern Caribbean cruise - was Wednesday night. We were in St. Thomas that night. Lobster was served on the 2nd formal night.
