Menu Order - Independence 5 night Western?

Sailing on the Independence next month.

Found another thread where someone had posted this awesome link for the menus: http://www.royalcaribbeanpresscenter.com/download-press-kit/7/

Does anyone know which order they're in on the Independence for a 5 night Western? Curious to know what we'd be missing if we ducked out of the MDR for a specialty restaurant.

Thanks!

Dave

Just got off the ship last week and this looks very familiar to the order.

The order in the download?

Do you recall the menu for Formal Night, or any of the dishes in particular?

Thanks!

Was the third or fourth night, but can't remember if I had Duck or Lamb with Formal.

So much food, seems like every night they would bring two "3-course" meals. 9 of us so we also had a couple meals in the middle of the table to sample and of course your own meal.

Every cruise we have done this year, it has the Roast Duck on the first formal night which on the 5 day Independence will be Night 2.

A couple of family-style meals in the middle of the table is a great idea. We'll have 12 of us (is there even a single table setup that big?)

Then "Saffron" it is for formal night. Thanks!

Recall the order otherwise?

I may have dug enough and found enough other RCL references to have somewhat answered my own question. It seems as though the concensus is that the order is the same on every ship, and goes:

Mojo, Saffron, Pimiento, Shiitake, Basil (plus Jasmine, Pomodoro for 7n)
