Ashland Posted December 1, 2015 #4 Share Posted December 1, 2015 No they don't as has been said above....We travel with a Mountain Buggy Nano..it has it's own carrying case and is so compact it can fit in the overhead bin of most airlines (just make sure it's folded up in it's case...it looks like a carryon). If you do need to rent a stroller (depending on where you're going to be) we've used. http://www.babysaway.com When we have needed to rent strollers, pack-n-plays etc. when traveling...a great dependable company...check out their website. jmf123 Posted December 1, 2015 #5 Share Posted December 1, 2015 You'll find discussion on strollers in the Family Cruising forum here: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=49. And you can do a Search for 'stroller' there if needed. :)
MtnsToSea Posted December 1, 2015 #6 Share Posted December 1, 2015 Just off Independence and multiple families on our floor had their strollers parked in the hall. One family even had a double for their twins. I would bring as small as you can as our ship was completely sold out so it was pretty crowded at times. Strollers cannot be left in the hallways when not it use. Doing so is a violation of SOLAS (Safety of Life at Seas) Regulations, Coast Guard Regulations as well as the Cruise Lines regulations as it impairs the safety of all passengers. It's a hazard in the event of an emergency as well as impairs the safety of all passengers who need to move through the hallways daily especially those needing mobility equipment. Security should have been called and the strollers removed immediately. For the record the same regulations apply to wheelchairs, walkers and mobility scooters. This is absolutely correct.....I wouldn't have hesitated to make a call to guest services....very surprised (:() that a crew member didn't notice this or care...they should have !!
