Thx for the links. I was hoping for new news, much of these repeats what we'd already heard from WS. Unless I missed it, no mention of river cruises that we've been hearing rumors about, for example. There is mention of looking at ships, both new and repurposed. I don't get the "two different kinds of ships" language. This is a reversal, as WS has tried very hard to make them as similar as possible. We've been on every ship and apart from a different configuration and lack of sails, the experience is essentially identical. I wonder if they've had a bunch of negative comments.

Service went down significantly and it is taking time to get some of the loyal alumni back.

 

Do you have stats on this, or are you speculating? We've been on several itins since the growth and yes, it was rough in spots. But, every itin has been chockablock with alums.
