NCL Venice cruisers : can you buy transportation to airport on board?

We are on a NCL cruise in sept. We booked a hotel the day before, and the hotel provides a shuttle to the port.

We don,t know yet wat we do on disembarkation day. Does NCL provide transportation to the airport we can book once onboard ( 14.00 pm flight)

Are there taxi's waiting by the terminal.

We are not very keen on walking with all our luggage to the station area, because we are with my parent (both 78)

I would ask on the NCL board. I am sure you can.

you could book a shore excursion on board which finishes at Airport but those are usually listed as only for flights after 3pm-you say your flight is 2pm.

otherwise no you cant book transport to airport on board.

there may be taxis at the terminal but depending on when you get off they may already have been taken by passengers-there were none when we disembarked[about 10am]

if you don't want to drag your luggage to the people mover[monorail] which connects with P Roma the public transportation hub then your best bet is to pre arrange a taxi to meet you off the ship

alternatively you could get the Alilaguna[water bus] service from port to airport-costs 15 euro per person.

You will still have to drag your luggage to the pier which can be a distance depending on where your ship docks.

with both people mover and Alilaguna options there could be a queue of people especially if several ships disembarking on same day-Saturday is extremely busy

A private water taxi will avoid the queuing but will be pricey at about 100 euros but with 4 of you may work out more cost effective
