A River Cruising Newbie

Hi Keith, :)I booked my hotels for my next River Cruise too:)...I am sailing

out of Amsterdam and ending in Basel for this one:D

I booked the same hotel in Amsterdam that I just stayed at last month

and my TA recommended a hotel in Basel called St. Gotthard and so

I am staying there post cruise for one night....the website comes up

GAIA hotel.....it looks really nice and is quite reasonable in price:)

I see that you enjoyed your first river cruise! Wasn't Keukenhof amazing? I think you were there just a few days after I was. Now that I've been there, I can see what a good job they do of being sure there's always so much in bloom.

Are you going on Ama again?

Lois, that is wonderful. I enjoyed reading your report from your first River Cruise.

We also have a second river cruise later next year that ends in Amsterdam so I will be sure to check out the hotel that you mentioned.

Thank you Solent Richard for your interesting posts including from Budapest to Nurenberg. After many ocean cruises we're taking our first river cruise this summer on Emerald from Prague to Nurenberg & on to Budapest.
