HARMONY OF THE SEAS #10629/Central Park

Recommended Posts

Our central park cabin 14591 had it nearer the balcony and all the rooms I could see across the park also had beds near the balcony.

Just them remember that once your curtains are open you can be seen from across the way which might make you think about what you wear to sleep........

Can someone please tell me if Harmony of The Seas Central Park cabin #10629 has the bed closer to the balcony or the bathroom? Thank you:)

The cabins are set up differently than they are on Oasis and Allure. The cabins are like the ones on Quantum class. I'm not even sure if there is the alternating layout.

I have seen photos of the alternating layouts in Central Park balcony cabins on Harmony. The closets that open into the room seem to be in the same space in all. Sometimes the bed is in between those closets, and sometimes it is the couch. I think the bump out for the vanity, refrigerator & drawers is what causes the layouts to alternate, as they are opposite the couch. The TV is now in the wall at the foot of the bed.

The bed will still be either near the balcony or the sofa will be near the balcony.

The difference from Oasis and Allure is that the closet is never blocked, because there are two and they face across the cabin, on either side of the bed, wherever the bed is. The closet can't be "blocked by the bed" as it can be on Oasis/Allure.

You still have the issue of where the "open space" is - closer to the balcony or closer to the hall.

Carol, do you know if they follow the same pattern for determining the location as they do on Oasis and Allure?

I stayed in cabin# 10629 on the Harmony in May. The sofa is near the balcony. The bed is situated between 2 small closets with the flat screen TV on the wall at the foot of the bed. This makes for a tight fit when traversing the cabin. Overall a very cozy cabin but do close the drapes when dressing. There were no sheer panels under the thick drapes. She is a beautiful ship, enjoy.

No, I do not. From what I *do* know, they WILL alternate. I just don't know if the starting point is determined the same way.

Fortunately, Aloora has the definitive answer for LenSanFirstCruise. ;)

That means that the OP should expect to see a cabin that looks like the second/bottom of my two pictures.

:)

Thank you so much Aloora! :-)

I also wanted to mention that this cabin has an extended balcony, which is very nice. There is no additional furniture but you can move the existing furniture so as not to block the sliding door. Enjoy!

We stayed in this cabin on Allure and Oasis so I was hoping Harmony also had the extended balcony for this cabin. Great news! Thank you!:):D
