Hate website for rc

was in the site looking at excursions went out to look at something else came back logged back and in and my reservations are gone. When I try to find them they say cannot process at this time! Wth!! How do my reservations just disappear. I just printed my sail pass as well. Ugh!

If you go into your reservation and then go out, it won't let you back in for at least ten minutes whilst it is being "modified" which can be a right Royal ...

If your reservations don't show up, I'd call C&A ASAP and get them to help.

Unfortunately, none of the cruise line sites are user friendly. Some were until their IT depts decided they needed upgrading. Now, they pretty much all stink.
