My DW and I both use CPAP's, so need an outlet on each side of the bed. I the past the multi outlet devise serve us well. Now we'll need an extension cord run across the floor.

I think I prefer the Apex. Beyond has more suites, one reason the sundeck is bigger. I like the outside area in the lounge on the Apex. We sat there a lot. Beyond doesn’t have this.

Love the aft cabins. That said, there is a support pole next to the bed that could be bothersome. It’s a long walk to the elevators. Other than that, I think you picked a great location.

Don't book a cabin on the top or lowest deck, as the Magic Carpet can be parked just above you or right below you. It kind of obscures your view.

We booked a cruise well in advance, and got Orange Club. Our friends decided to join us a couple of months later and, Club Orange was full. I called nearly every day for them and after several weeks of trying, finally got an opening. I guess we were very lucky.

Same thing happened to us. We sail in November and had a big charge added to our account. Looks like they omitted a sale price that we got. A long call corrected the problem.

In the last 6 months we have been on both Apex and Beyond in aft sunset cabins on deck 12. On Apex we heard chairs moving at 5 in the morning [annoying but tolerable] On Beyond chairs we moving at 1 in the morning along with 5 in the morning. Enough noise that we complained. We didn't hear the 1am noise again. The sunset shy suite was next to us, and they were also bothered by the noise. No more deck 12 for us.

We're cruising on the Koningsdam next year out of San Diego. We're looking at a 11:15am flight home. I'm a little nervous about the early flight, but it's the only non stop home. Thanks for any feed back.

All right you guys. We're going on this cruise next year. My question to you is, can we make an 11:15am flight? It's the only non stop home. Thanks for your feed back.
