  1. SV is lovely..very quiet hallway, large true balc with aft view...and larger cabin...long and narrow. We like the bed by bath.. It's a long walk to/ from elev..you will get your steps in!
  2. It's what makes his blog so special! Much more than just photos with descriptions ...Reminds me of Marilyn, Vt cruiser..who was the EDGEE Queen!
  3. Do I still see "trugs" alongside? I read the article about the new vs old lock systems but still not sure how it all works..fascinating!
  4. We are considering ECLIPSE for 2026, for a Carib cruise with US departure! Any updates on the tefurb will be appreciated. We had that language "no entiendo" excuse on a very crowded cruise from Miami...kids running wild! We goofed and booked over a school holiday..ugh!
  5. Many reviews and photos are available..if you can use the search feature or google. Very broad inquiry..What are u interested in? What category stateroom? and what's are ur itins? Happy Cruising..hope for smooth seas and no creaking!
  6. Royal Hawaiian looks in great shape.Your photos are beautiful!. We took the same route many yrs ago. I still have a print photo which I keep among my favorites.. (Phone photo of my print) Good Memories!
  7. Awesome photography and descriptioms .. Thanks for a brilliant presentation..sorry you got wet and swarmed by bugs!
  8. Maybe using a TA would be helpful and give you a discount or perks. TA can work on linking dining, specialty rest and excursion res too. We book our own stuff but with so many in your group, prof help might be best!
  9. On our QM 2, cruise NY to Canada, there was one dressy afternoon tea with music dancing, and beautiful served items..It was not daily.. I have also enjoyed the tea at Chateau Frontenac, Quebec on a Celebrity cruise. with ladies from our roll call...the guys went to the battlefields!
  10. not for us.. paper supplies yes but spam no.. we do have a grill and cooler and friends with a generator
  11. with TV working we can check our daily account, watch the navigation channel and repeats of onboard lectures we cannot attend.. Maybe we'll see you cruising from Tampa one of these days! (Already booked for 2025 from Port Ev..on APEX)..We are about 90 min south of TPA
