  2. Excellent just left them a voicemail message. First time ever that I needed that. Is there anyone on the ship I can contact or is everything done via the port agent? Just wondering.

  5. Could have sweared the Wake Show states we all would get a certificate for cross the equator which was harder to do. The date line was over a week ago why appear now after crossing the equator. Ditto this will be tossed

  9. Outside of daily trivia, bingo 3x, and 2-4 guest lectures the sea days were very boring. Sure you could watercolor or draw or attend a lecture as they always over lapped. Having done this cruise I would h recommend one with either fewer sea days or a ship with more activities on sea days. While some other cruisers could have stayed on for more weeks there was a larger amount that were as ready as us to get off. Again IMHO and yours may vary. That last night of the cruise @uktog was sitting in the chairs right next to Jose so pretty much as close as one could get. Granted there was so conversing but lots of foot tapping and sing along so hoping her feedback was heard and addressed. My DH and I always sat at the bar and were able to converse with each other and immediate neighbors on all nights. Once in a lifetime, glad we did it, glad it is done.
  10. Arrived at EZE at 7:08am for our 11am flight thanks to Azamara state side booking us airport transfers earlier than expected so private escort off ship, through customs and driver all staring at 6:20am
  11. While the QR code was from the hotel director I took the time to share feedback on so singer Katlyn as she is just not at the caliber you expect from Azamara. Within one hour of completed feedback I received a call in my cabin from Tonya the CD. The call was unexpected as I noted on the survey no need to speak further. Bottom line we they ask for feedback, regardless of method/crew, do not miss the opportunity
  12. For my April 10, 2024 cruise downlowed the app, requested 12/24/23, and on 12/26/23 received confirmation that it was posted to my account. I never included a stock statement via the app. The first email did note the following and I fell into group A. We will be in touch with you in the next five (5) business days to either: A. Confirm that the credit has been applied to your cruise booking by Princess; or B. Request for more information regarding your application.

  14. Looking for some local expertise for meeting my mom in Heathrow on Monday, July 24th. Mom is flying in on United Airlines from EWR - LHR landing at 9:20 AM. I will be flying in from Amsterdam on either BA or KLM. Coming from the USA planing 75-90 mins for mom. How about when coming from Amsterdam, how much time before I am fully cleared? I will need to take the free train between terminals is it easy for me to go from T4 to T2 or T5 to T2? Looks like KLM is T4 and BA uses T5.
  15. Similar to many others my OBC is missing and of course, if I book pre-cruise I must charge it on my credit card. This cruise was booked on board so my TA is Azamara. I would be happy to book and pay for all excursions if I knew Azamara would allow me to cancel with no penalty, refund my credit card and allow me to rebook on board using my OBC. Does anyone have experience with this or insights into the current policy for canceling, refunding, and rebooking with OBC? Heading to Iceland and worried that if I want until I get on board availability will be an issue. Night one is an overnight at the port and by the time we plan to arrive the excursion desk will have been closed for hours.

  17. My husband failed to change his account password when requested after the initial cut-over weekend. I completed the Loyalty Form from the FAQ and within one week he can now long it and we can see his future cruise. What has yet to be fixed, using the same form is missing OBC for our July cruise and missing loyalty points.
  18. I have lost the ability to use the edit feature, and the paper, and pen have disappeared. Any suggestion on how to retore? I cruise in 88 days and thus unable to see, bood or edit any exurstions.

  21. I thought from your post you had already travelled. You just booked the same thing? Are you on the same cruise? If Lava is they crazy priced I will order just an appetizer and leave for the snack bar.
