what was all your fouvorite entertaiment what was not crowded?

With the warm weather theory, we talk mostly about entertainment, live music, bars in the evening after 9pm, i’m not sure if warm weather change there so much.

*The Noise Boys were 45 minutes of rap, beat boxing and tap dancing. A few minutes would have been ok and the artists were good but given the age group on TA cruises I’m not sure it was the best fit.* After one show I went into the elevator and two older Ladys were in. One of them asked me if I came from the noise boys show and I said yes. Then she told me that she expected not much of that show but loved it.

yes, but i would like to hear some news for my planings what i do next year. what show the viva will become. i think too, that some changes will come with the third ship, is that the Leo+ ship or same size. viva=prima

no post over one month, no news, no post, some news in october? some changes to Prima? i sthink it will be mostly the same. shows? i still vote for &Juliet

Yes. But the ship will not be under us flag like the pride. So no only Hawai cruises. i think the viva will be same like prima. Hopefully they will do some changes at the third ship. i liked the Food at onda too. But the curses came out a so fast. After they took the old one the next one was there after a few seconds. That was much too fast for me.

Wonder how ncl will handle this when the ship will cruise full.

They should to with the Syd Norman’s Band the prom night there. I think that would be great. ( instead of the prom night at Syd Norman’s we had a acoustic night because two of the band was Ill I think )

Seaside/ seaview have a great entertainment with many live music places, more then on prima. Party at the garage starts after midnight and goes long….. and the parties at the 4 level atrium were great too. but the prima theater I like too for parties. but didn‘t like the penrose bar as mostly the only place for live music ( Syd is great but always so packed because of the small size and bad layout)

My last three times at msc and my booking for next year all at the Yachtclub in a inside/balcony were cheaper then the solo studio at my last prima cruise :-))) ( ships Seaside and seaview are great and booked seashore for next year ) but food and shows in the theater are much better at ncl. Staff and live music on board is msc the same in my experiences. But love the covered pool at the ships. And Yachtclub service is great.

The merchandising is not only poor in quantity, it seems the quality is poor too. i bought the sweater with the round print at the front with the Norwegian prima be the first. After the first time in the washing machine the print is destroyed ( and I washed it not to hot ) i bought more but that the others are not washed yet.

How is the nightlife? Penrose bar packed in the evenings?

But if its not full or short before Start you can go in. After the start you can go in without scan If it’s sold out or not doesn’t matter. I saw noise boys for 4 times. 3 times with scanned key card. But I stand mostly at the back, like that sometimes.

Little offtopic but I want to share, I know that choir of man and noise boys are from the same creators. At the moment I’m in London and choir of man starts here again in October. I walked at the theater and there were some people working there and one of them had a Norwegian pr1ma jacket. Gives me a smile. how is the situation at the prima at the moment? How crowded is the surfside and the entertainment? and for all who book the prima for Europa and you are in Southampton to Starts or end the cruise stay some days in London. My sixth time here in London and still love the city.

Diana from excursion service, she has awesome pics at her insta account btw., wrote that tomorrow after nine the sky will be clear and the chances are good for northern lights. For your information. But you can’t never sure with this and when. Could be later or in the night. Not sure if they tell you at the prima when they are to see. and also, the northern lights many times looks most only like gray lights and the colours see you when picturing. if they are strong you can see maybe colours.

The Lay-out of the Syd is Bad designed. Would be easy to make it bigger and with better seating and standing areas. the Lay-out at improve is not better because you don‘t see the stage at many places good.

Goodbye Le Havre i Love the Pizza. Sometimes they have normal Pizza and sometimes the have something higher maybe like foccatio in pizza style or something. The pizza I love. Tomorrow my prima time ends at this vacation. Hope some others will post something about the next cruises. Would like to read more about the following cruises and what’s happening on the prima.

Yes. And they still working at things. Yesterday was the first party with Laser, I think they didn’t used them before. today prima in Le Havre. I stayed in Le Havre, was better then expected l, the church was awesome there. and if someone ask if you hear the go karts at deck 8 or the pool deck, the answer is yes. the screen was not on In Le Havre.

I‘m in a studio and would say not louder then other studios. I only heard sometimes the toilet flush, it is a noise after the flush like a flap closes. And sometimes if someone was loud at the floor. But for me the studio rooms are good. I like the open bathroom and the Softdrinks / tea / sweet foods at the lounge. I would book a studio again. Only the room is to cold and not getting warm.

Game show only the price is right. We will have that tomorrow. Waiting for the bus and have time. after nearly 3 weeks on the prima my +\ - + oberservation lounge, like the style and place. At sail away it could be full but I think that is normal. Wish the breakfast were longer there. + food hall, like the food there and the concept. The situation with the drinks is weird there. You can order at the Tablet drinks and have to sign for the costs. But I got never charged for them at my account. Some employ say you can order at the Tablet and the most say you should order drinks at your waiter with the package other you have to pay. + theater, like the place and what they can do with the place. The shows and games I saw ( donna summer, noise boys, the price is right ) were great. And the transformation to the music hall and the party there I liked too. I think a great option for them there even for a concert. There are two bars, one at every site at the back of deck 6 + the huge outdoor area at deck 8, I liked the art much more then I expected and the quite covered places at the front are great. You don’t see forward at the bug but is great that you can walk complete around there. So I and many others used that to walk around. + the food. I liked the food very much , like the Buffett food too. Didn’t used the main dining room so much and not so sure about the new menu. It didn’t motivated me to go there more times. +|- the spa, the area with the loungers and front view is great, the area with the saunas is to dark in my opinion. And they need more places wheee you can put your towels etc. even sad you can’t go outside because the space for that is available there. +|- race track. I’ m not so a friend for that at a cruise ship. But at the prima they had more space so the race track makes fun and you can easily pass slower Karts and they used the space under the race track with mini golf, dart, the stadium. That place I liked +|- atrium. I like the optic. I don’t like that they put shops before the windows at one site. So you can only watch outside at one site and even there prevented star bucks your view. ( there are some seats behind star bucks. ) I do ‘t like the penrose place with the stage there. You hear the music at the complete atrium but you see the stage only good at some places at the penrose bar. +/- Syd Norman’s show is great and a huge +. But the bar itself could have a better layout for more seats and standing places. - top deck. I like to walk a little around at the top deck or at sail aways for example. Ncl push you with the bad top deck to the deck 8. That is ok but other ships with more and better spaces at the top deck I like more. and there should be a direct way from pool deck to the race track/ stadium etc. and not through surfside. - surfside. I like the buffet food but at breakfast and lunch it was a mess there even with seats you can use at food republic. Found every time a seat, but I’m not a fan of walking minutes around with many other to look where is someone leaving. I would wish a bigger surfside. At dinner the situation was much better. And I saw a crepes station only one time. - Bord account, to Beginn horrible then better. There was a glitch with internet costs so they charged pre paid internet at the first cruise. Then I got charged for a drink ( I have that at every cruise and guest service fix that ) and I got charged at the race track for three at one time. That is all not a problem but you have to fix that yourself at the guest service and that happens to me at every cruise - gym, can’t use as a tall person the cross trainer there. But the view, if you are a small person will be great. - the improve has a weird smell bus is here. That was some thoughts. i think with the entertainment we have to wait until everything works. But at the evenings sometimes I wished a second bar with live music. today in Bruges, lovely town:

Yes but can happen at every cruise. At ours it was bad weather. No one can help it.
