I would love a Pitbull night.  Or Taylor Swift.  Or any music from this millennium.  Better to dance to.  And I'm turning 60 next year.

If you look at the sailaway parties, that's the music that's playing and a lot of people are dancing or trying to.

When you are a true top 40 music fan, you stay current on all the new hits, not just oldies.

  2. I was on Dec 2 sailing. If anyone knows how I can apply for reimbursement of my nonrefundable air ticket from Carnival, please assist.

The link airreimbursrments@carnival.com mentioned in the letter took me to a Reimbursement Form that has nothing to do with refund of airline ticket. This form also has no option for attachment  of supporting documentation which is a requirement mentioned in the letter. Am I looking at the wrong place? Is there another reimbursement form I should be using? Any insight on this would be much appreciated.

It's not just prior to boarding or during the boarding process anymore.  Now the dogs stay on board for the entire cruise.  We were on the Venezia out of New York for 21 days and ran into security with the dog multiple times in different areas of the ship.

I like what I am seeing.

  4. Kind of short sighted and single minded attitude. Cruise ship visits not just support port area businesses, they also generate tax revenues to fund other public services and projects that benefit local residents, provide employments to cruise ship related spinoff industries and attract investments into the area.  Environmental concerns can be managed through cooperation between cruise lines and local government authorities.

  5. I booked a fully paid refundable room at Hotel Royal in Long Beach for my Dec 2023 cruise. I cancelled my reservation in June 2023. Hotel cancellation policy states full refund if canceled within 3 days of arrival. Hotel acknowledged my cancellation through email and advised my deposit refund would be forthcoming. To date, no refund is received and Hotel would not reply to my follow up emails and text enquiries. Phone calls to the Hotel are always forwarded to an answering machine. Is there any government department and consumer protection agency in Long Beach  I can file a complaint besides BBB? Thanks.

Closed for business means closed. No one said it was abandoned. Sort of like when Walmart is closed. Geeze you just can't  admit when you are wrong about something.

I agree. If it is not safe to get to the embassy, it is in no position to offer any assistance or service to anyone.
