    I start on Phernergan low dose for a couple of days in advance the ramp it up and take each night as a preventative as zinc get motion sick just driving round a roundabout if I’m not doing the driving. Cheers Carole

    Hi all, I seem to remember seeing something in a forum about FCD and that it was no longer the only deposit you pay and you have to add to it. Can anyone shed a light on this please. Cheers Carole
