    A bag of laundry and two deliveries of "treats". These cabins do not come with any of the perks associated with regular suites (except the Joy which has relatively no worthwhile perks). The club suites are usually booked for the extra space in the bathroom.

    Yes, you are assigned a specific cabana. The crew in the Vibe will know who has a cabana and who does not have one.

    We purchased ours for February 2024 and June 2024 when they made the change to prepurchase which if memory serves me correct, happened in July 2022.

    August 28th. My husband is so sure we are going to love it, while we were on the Epic this past March with his extended family, we went ahead and booked the Encore with said extended family for June 2025. Did you go with the Sun instead of the Jewel for the longer itinerary?

    I will most definitely be following along on your first Alaskan adventure! We too will be going on our first Alaskan cruise and the first time sailing on a smaller, older ship which will be the Jewel this August. It is something my husband has wanted to do and the rave trip reports from @YVRteacher gave me the push to go ahead and book.

    We sail the Viva in February 2025 and they are not yet available. They are only selling through December 2024 for the Viva. But we do have them for February 2024 and June 2024 on different ships which I am very excited about!

    I just called and the passes can be reserved for sailings up to 12/31/24. Since our cruise is in February 2025, I was not able to reserve our passes.

    Did not hear a beep from the elevator. I would definitely stay in this location again if given the opportunity.

    We stayed in 14178 and heard absolutely no noise. I was a little concerned beforehand, but the location was perfect.

    Yes. We already have them for our February 2024 and June 2024 cruises. I called to reserve them immediately after NCL made the change. The passes for the Viva are not yet selling beforehand.

    Definitely with cream and if memory serves me correct, pancetta.

    This is a dish that I regularly order out and was excited to see it on the menu at the Joy's Local last year. Then, I tried it and, unfortunately, was not a fan. But this is my opinion and taste.

    So happy to read NCL came through for you and your fellow passengers. I think it was a very fair response and I would be happy about it. However, I still think it never should have happened. Enjoy the rest of your cruise and thank you for keeping us updated.

    The Posh is the Haven sundeck and a very limited number of passes are sold to non-Haven passengers. The Courtyard Grill is within the Haven complex. Both are included in the ridiculously high Haven fare.

    Not an expert by any means, but to me it seem your bid will be accepted. I would check to see if they charged your credit card.

    I did not think NCL was using the Brooklyn terminal. Are you sure?

    We have been on both and prefer the Escape due to the DBH, the Boardwalk and the Vibe.

    I would be livid. Yes, livid.

    We, too, would not be happy. A few hours a few times is one thing, but for the whole cruise is a totally different thing.

    We get up at 4:45 a.m. every workday so for us, it will be like sleeping in!
