  1. If all you want is a name change, that is one person being substituted for another, that person NOT being the FIRST person (the "owner" of the booking) then there is no charge and it has to be done more than 2 days before sailing. Though the sooner the better.
  2. I suggest that you contact your PCC and get accurate clarification!! VBG. Send either the document and or screen shot with the inconsistency pointed out and explain clearly the problem. But also suggest that the material is passed "up the chain" for correction.
  3. One of these days NCL will look into the use of 12.00pm when they mean NOON!! BUT don't hold your breath. Presumably the "Overnight" is referring to Helsinki, put in when St Petersburg was taken out. That will also be by the actual itinerary map looks so weird!! Like a yo-yo the first 4 days.
  4. @GrandmaHofmann That cruise has not been done before by NCL so there is not a lot of knowledge so far. We are on the first ever cruise with this Itinerary on 21st December 2022. Join the roll call for that cruise to get some information https://boards.cruisecritic.com/topic/2758271-jade-dec-21-2022-round-trip-cape-town/
  5. To make everyone clear of what has been announced under SAIL SAFE here it is EU Healthy Gateways Ends Pre-Cruise Testing Requirements For sailings beginning August 1, 2022, vaccinated guests sailing on a cruise originating from any port EXCEPT a U.S. port; Canadian port; or Piraeus, Greece are exempt from all pre-cruise COVID-19 testing requirements.
  6. I would agree with @shof515 that 1.30 would be the generalization BUT it will depend on a number of factors; arrival time, number of B2B cruisers for any steward, and so on. We have known it to be as late as 3pm.
  7. @yyhay A general comment not specific to the Star. I would not pay USD49 (Plus the 20% if applicable) for either. We do Moderno regularly when we have "Free at Sea" and/or Latitudes and still enjoy it but is is nowhere near as good as it was 3 years ago, We do Teppanyaki only when we have "Free at Sea" quite regularly.
  8. It is about time we started to think about 2022 and where our favourite officers and staff will be. I'll start by asking if anyone knows who will be on the Jewel when it starts up in March? What has happened to the officers on the Jade when it was terminated in Dubai? Merry Christmas to everyone from New Zealand and we hope that 2022 will give us all more cruising than we were able to get in in 2021!! Ka Kite Ano Mike & Pauline
