  2. Princess Cruise Lines uses AON to process certain category of claims, even claims that are not insurance based. Other cruise lines are known to use AON for the same purpose. When I made a claim I received a response in 28 days with reimbursement following in the postal mail. Also see comment #5 if you have not already read it.

  13. That is just plain strange. I take it you are getting the "Booking Confirmation" email after final payment is made or are you just receiving marketing related email?
  14. @kitkat343 @dog The problem with not getting emails regarding final payment for your Princess bookings may be due to a corrupt or old email address in your Princess profile. I suggest that you log in to your "My Princess" account and go to Profile and edit your "Contact Email". Even if the email looks correct edit and delete the contents of the email field and reenter the email and save.

  16. Does your broker's online site allow you to generate custom reports that allow you to filter for shares and in a way that shows your address?
  17. The form you are referencing is from 2020. Carnival Corporation decides on a yearly basis whether to offer a shareholder benefit and each year posts updated information on the Carnival Corporation Shareholder web page. With all the inexperienced staff at the Princess subsidiary I would not trust them providing information regarding Carnival Corporation shareholder benefits. It is actually easier to just put the requested information in an email or a fax cover sheet along with a brokerage statement.
  18. Well when I have been on ship there was a FCD form holder on the wall and a slot to deposit completed forms into.
  19. That will be difficult to do as it is FCD, Future Cruise Deposit, that is available for sale. FCC is something that Princess gives as compensation for operational "failures" on their part.
