  1. Thank you for your response. 1. As I stated, IDK if being Elite, makes a difference. I was told once by PCL, it did. But we know how that goes. 😂 2. It opens, earliest at 59 days before sailing, but as late as 12 days before on my sailing in Nov from LA Harbor. I’ve been told it does depend on port operations and/or clearances, many times. 3. I think one’s guess is as good as any other’s guess. 🙄 I’m starting to believe nothing I’ve been told, and just rely on what I experience. Again, IDK… 😳
  2. That is totally uncalled for! We all knew that they were really pushing these packages and now their heavy sales tactics just confirm it. I’m so sorry you had to deal with all of this. I’m not really looking forward to our next cruise, like I would normally. 😞
  3. I understand where you’re coming from. I don’t like that it just secretly disappeared. We knew increases were coming, but deleting a very popular coffee package caught me by surprise. But, what I really am disappointed about….how it is being handled by the ships over the last few weeks….. Leaving the crew to take all the backlash. They have to implement the new policy, and there seems to be a lot of confusion.

Onboard Activities You won't need to memorize all the activities and events each day. During turn-down service, your cabin steward will leave you a copy of the Princess Patter, a newsletter that will tell you when the casino opens, the hours for the health and fitness center, what pool the volleyball game is taking place in, daily tips for cruising, and an hourly listing of all other happenings on board.

  9. No problems here. Signed into the website and the App, just now. Try again, could have been doing updates.
  10. If you’ve been trying for weeks, then you may have other issues, besides the weekend updates and website issues. Make sure to clear history and cache. Try delete App and reinstall. Make sure you have updated the App. You can also do your oceanready on the website, cruise personalizer. Once you checkin doing the website version. Give it a day or two and see if you can get back on the downloaded App. If you’re still having issues either call in and pick the option for the App team to get ocean ready or email them.   15. No, soon though. I was replying to highflyingrealtors post above. They sailed Feb 18, so that was before the Feb 20th change for many ships.
  16. Supposedly the changes were for sailings after Feb 20th. IDK anymore, since the ships are doing their own thing.
  17. This is what it says today on the website: Is there a way to customize the mini-bar I get as an Elite member? Yes, you can make changes on board through CrewCall Chat or by dialing room service. Mini bottles of liquor can be exchanged for either the same size of a different type of liquor or beer on a one-to-one basis. You can also exchange the entire setup for: a bottle of wine, coffee cards, sodas only or waters only.

  20. We’ve done 9 cruises since the restart and have been able to get the same time, same table in the MDR every evening. Just book a private table for the 4 of you. Early seating will be easier. If you like the table and waitstaff, then just tell the Dining Room Mgr/Maitre’d that you would like the same table every night. We’ve not had a problem. It’s always chaotic the first night, but by 2nd or 3rd night it was much better. You should not have any trouble getting a 4 top table.
  21. Sounds like they may have gotten a new employee. I would have been very upset, so I understand. I’m still fuming over the coffee packages.
  22. That’s what we do also. Just tea and scones. Live and learn.
