  1. I doubt it also. Just a comment, as I think $40 is very low.
  2. We’ve had one of our surveys slip into junk mail in the past. Never been able to get one after the fact. These are sent programmatically. You can go on the website: contact us page and send a post cruise comment, if there’s really an area you’re intent on commenting on. Or, send a review directly to customer relations. I’ve done that, but never heard back. 😳
  3. Did you try my suggestion in post #6?
  4. It should not affect your UG bid. Go into the App for you and take out your credit card. Then, reenter your credit card and select your DH as a user on that credit card. That is……,if you’re using the same credit card for both of you. If you’re using different credit cards, then you will sign into his account and delete and reenter it. Do not try to link or reregister your accounts, as this can cause problems. Is your phone updated and you have updated the latest App? If all fails, I would not worry about a blue lane. You are green and you both just go through the green, and they usually don’t even care, they just ask to see your documents. I’m referring to US ports.
  5. There have been so many complaints about these taxi drivers. You should definitely report the instance. Even if you don’t have his car/taxi license info, you could still report it on the Broward.org website. We use Uber/Lyft now. https://www.broward.org/consumer/complaints/pages/filingacomplaint.aspx
  6. You should be able to see your photos taken on your phone and the TV. I used the App on my iphone to see them and then went down to the photo dept to puck them up.
  7. Yes, it was a $100 per person shore excursion credit promo. There are several threads on this. You’d have to search the PCL threads. Unless, they’ve made changes in the last few months. Have a great cruise!
  8. We just used ours for whatever we wanted to OB. It just shows on your folio as OBC. No problem.
  9. Use the same login credentials that you use on the website. User name and password. Do not set up a new one or reregister, as that will create problems.
  10. SD reserved ahead of time, do require a credit card. A word of caution: check to see if your OBC is posted as soon as you board. We had one paid for by our TA, we have a copy of the payment from the TA to PCL. It was never posted to our 28 night cruise. Yes, I have sent numerous emails to CS and requested they put it on our last cruise in March. Nothing. No call back, nothing posted. Lost out to sea.👋
  11. We had that crazy offer while OB a ship in February. That was probably a once in a lifetime event? It was offered by the Captain, that if you would like to continue on the next cruise, which would be a b2b, you could for 50% off, whatever you paid for the current cruise. Those cruises were barely 50% full. The prices had dropped significantly. The Future cruise desk was handling the bookings. So, those who could take advantage of this deal, really made out! Unfortunately, we were already booked on a b2b’s on the next few cruises. That was the first time we have ever had that happen. But, initially after the restart many odd things have happened. 😀
  12. To see which cabins are connecting cabins you could first go to the deck plans on the website. Find your decks and click on the light blue bar connecting cabins. Then, go back to the cruise to see if they are available? If only option is GTY, then they may be updating the cruise, it's sold out on those decks or they have closed it for the bidding process. You can also call PCL or a TA and have them look at availability. They may show available cabins, where you don’t see them.
  13. To be safe, I’d change it to 630pm. Many things could change by summer. No reason to rush through dinner.
  14. Unfortunately, even with trained employees, they say it is not an easy task for them to enter the numbers, as they have to go into a different program on the computer. They don’t seem to get the coding right. That is why, I just give them to my TA to enter. Or, take them to GS once OB if I need OBC.
  15. From past experience in 2022/23… I would call your TA to have them enter your GC’s. You can call PCL yourself and have them add the GC’s….BUT the problem is finding an agent, who knows how to add them. They had so many problems with entering them, messing up my records, double adding, then getting them deleted completely, etc. It took me several calls to straighten it out. Never again. All the agents were very nice and tried, but none were trained properly. Now, I only give them to my TA for payment and I go to GS the first or second day OB, if I want to add them as OBC.
  16. We did 6 weeks on the CB last year. The MDR’s are basically the same, very little difference. The menu is exactly the same. I think, more important is the location. We like the Coral, because it is midship and our cabin was forward. If I had an aft cabin, I’d pick the Palm DR.
  17. Non refundable. Here’s what it says: Non-Refundable Deposit Your deposit is 100% non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel your booking, the amount of your refund varies, depending upon how close you are to your cruise departure date. Your deposit, however, is not refundable for any reason. If you prefer a refundable deposit you may return to the cabin selection process and select a different category or stateroom location
  18. Actually, you are correct on the cruise I’m booked on. I’ve been watching it for changes. The price that I booked is the same as what I have, in which I did pick the cabin. Now, the price, if PCL chooses the cabin, is a discounted cruise fare, saving you $300PP. The kicker, since it has a non refundable deposit, which was $500 PP, you would lose any benefit of the discount for sure, if you had to cancel. Might work for some folks if you’re not picky about your cabin, or you don’t have to cancel for some reason.
  19. It just says, “later this year” on the website.
  20. Which passport center did you mail to? Philadelphia? TIA
  21. Some Elites I know, collect them from each ship.
  22. Yep. I think he’s an undercover PCL employee. 😝
  23. They are adding a special residents fare to the pricing. Has some Southern States on the special.
