  1. Another corrupt issue. Try some suggestions in my last post. Hope they fix it for you.
  2. August 2nd, they changed the App and rules of arrivals groups. So, before this date…you were green lane if you completed your checkin, even pickup at the port. Effective Aug 2nd, anyone who picks up at port, regardless where you are is now in the Blue lane. As mentioned, you can arrive anytime you wish, going by your travel summary of course.
  3. Try another device? Or your PC? I just tried for one of my 2024 bookings and no problems. Do you have a TA/CVP? I’d reach out and asked them to purchase for you. If not, you’d have to call in and ask to purchase. At any rate, I’d report the issue to the IT dept by phone tree for oceanready or an email. Askoceanmedallion@carnival.com
  4. They probably do, as they print out tags for guests who arrived without tags. But, being anxious to board and long lines, we’ve bought plastic holders for our tags. Inexpensive on Amazon, etc. Problem with paper is the rain. Many issues then with falling off or disintegrating. We used to years ago, just laminate the tags, now the slip in plastic holders are so convenient.
  5. Don’t see a problem. Are you able to see it in your cart and it just not able to purchase? If this is several months, then I would think it might be your device. Make sure you clear history and cache in your devices and sign out and back in on the website. Does everything else work for you on the website? Unless, there are changes in the works for 2024, you should be able to order. Let us know
  6. I really don’t think you’ll mess up anything. No problems picking up at port.
  7. lol. What about, just give us back our priority lane? Worked great.
  8. It says order at least 13 days before sailing. However, I usually receive them about 10 days before sailing. I tried to change one to have it shipped instead. Cancelled the pickup at port on both. Then, when I tried to order them to be shipped, my only option was to pick up at port. I wanted to pay $10. The shipping option was grayed out. I had the standard fare. So, this was in August, in the middle of a lot of changes. If you try it, let us know what happens.
  9. I know you’re not serious!!! Real candles are strictly prohibited on cruise ships due to safety. A fire hazard. But, someone reading your post may think you’re serious. OTOH, battery op LED candles are a great alternative.
  10. Sabatini’s, unless they have improved the menu. That’s possible, with all the venue changes going on. They removed it on Enchanted in April. Food is subjective, so hard to say, you may enjoy it.
  11. We did a similar type of additions. I had ordered the OM and it was free at that time. Then, added a cruise onto it. The App, threw one of us into the blue lane, in which I had to order the OM in order to get back to the Green lane. Although, I had already ordered it for both. Of course, now it was a $10 charge, I did not touch the original free OM order for the other. Just left it alone. Okay, so I ordered the one that was in the blue lane only and paid the $10 for shipping. I did get BOTH of the OM’s in one envelope. So, your case, who knows? Let us know if it changes you back to blue.
  12. Agree. Many of those in the blue lane, may only need to pickup a OM, while others are mixed in and haven’t even finished their check in, thus delaying the lane. I think the early arrivals are increasing now, due to the elimination of arrival groups. It seemed to be working very well before at US ports. SMH
  13. Depends on the port and the wait time in the line to get into the terminal. An Elite line to check in was a perk, IMO. Now that there are no arrival group times assigned, many more may go early, thus causing longer check in lines.
  14. Evidently, since they have removed the Elite/priority checkin line. I think that is definitely a benefit loss for Elite’s. It was so nice to be recognized on arrival and sent to an Elite or priority lane for checkin. Too bad.
  15. They told us they replace batteries on ours. So now, we will have to ask again. We’ve done many long cruises. When you get them back, they have the original sail date, not the current date. Ask them for us, when you get your replacements. TIA
  16. They last about 30 days and they’ll just put new batteries in them. Every 30 days, they’ll also watch the muster again.
  17. Extra on the front end? Is this a b2b on the same ship? If so, then it would go by the first leg. You need to order for the first leg, pickup or ship. Also, if it’s not the same ship or a true b2b, then you would edit the order for pickup at port instead. Are you just testing them?🤔
  18. Have you cruised since August 2nd? That’s when the lane changes happened and you’re only Green/blue/gray. Don’t be surprised, if about 11 days or less before departure you turn blue. Others have reported this, because they are port pickup, after this last change. Let us know.
  19. Did you recently leave from San Pedro? After Aug 2nd? Wonder how the lines were now there’s only Green, blue and gray? Did they direct you to an Elite checkin lane, once inside? Or, after checkin did you have an Elite/Platinum area for boarding? TIA
  20. Yes, they are selling the beverage packages and the UG’s for the packages also Day 1 and Day 2. The FAQ on the website about the Plus and Premier packages it is stated on question #11. https://www.princess.com/cruise-deals-promotions/plus-premier-cruise-packages/
  21. Currently, on the website, it doesn’t say sold out, just “not available.” They may just be working on the cruise. So, if you have a TA, I’d call them tmrw and ask if they would check with PCL and see if cabins are available for you. Or, if you have a CVP, call them. Sometimes they hold back some cabins, that we don’t see in the inventory. If you need a CVP, call and ask for one to help. Princess CVP line (800) 901-1172.
  22. Yes, it is hard for a newbie, especially to figure out what to do. Just need to filter through the website and update these areas. Always makes me think, one day some of these requirements will come to pass. 😳
  23. Print the QR code, really? Maybe screen shot, but not necessary. Once you complete your health questionnaire? No, does not come up or show on the App, unless required. I’ve only seen that out of Australia/NZ this year. These instructions are way off.
  24. They have updated the website in a lot of areas to reflect the Green Lane/Blue Lane/Gray Lane, which surprises me. But, there is one area, which Is probably where the OP, found these odd instructions. Go figure. I found it under FAQ pre cruise instructions:
  25. Welcome to CC and Princess. Do you have all green checks? Have you ordered your wearable ocean medallion, to be shipped or pickup at port? If so, sounds like you are checked in. So, you won’t see the QR code until closer to sailing. Plus not really asking to see it anyway. You will either be green lane (if you have your medallion in hand) or blue lane if you have to pick it up at the port. The health questionnaire is supposed to show on the App 24 hours before sailing. IF you do see it, fill it out. I’ve only seen it on cruises that required covid tests and that was last November. I have not seen it this year, except from Australia/NZ. You don’t say where you’re sailing from or to. Just print your travel summary from the website, your luggage tags and bring all documents required, like your passports, etc.
