UPDATE: The reason we wanted to move our cruise 2 weeks earlier...was because a lot better offer came up...so my PVP simply put the new offer on our cruise and erased the old one....plus we ended up wit 2 cabins, a balcony and inside across from each other....instead of just the 1 balcony...new offer also added EXTRA 1100 Fun Play as well as an extra 200 obc. SO ALL IS GOOD.....We also had to cancel our Feb Cruise....had not paid final payment so we did get 1/3 of the non refundable deposit back....Very very fair to us. Thank you all for your replies ....ps....she did mention the rules have changed a week ago...there are penalties etc 🙂

Anyone cruising out of Miami tomorrow?

We just booked an 8 night, $100.00 Balcony, with $1,000 fun play, 200 onboard credit and all drinks ANYWHERE on the ship...:)

Hi there, I am looking at booking a balcony on the Horizon....on the 8th floor, it shows rooms on each side but IMAX theatre in the centre of the floor...hope I am making sense....Is this a good spot to book a cabin or will the IMAX INTERFERE....TIA

We went May 5-15 of this year. We lucked out (according to people in Alaska) with the weather we had, SUNNY but just a tad cool....so light jacket or sweater....include both if you go early May....Personally if we do another Alaskan cruise (and we will)...I think I would go in June or July...You will LOVE THIS CRUISE....scenery is spectacular....We had lots of snow on the peaks ....so lots of white peaks in the background when taking pics....Have fun! Make sure you stop at one of the bars, or saloons and have yourselves a "DUCK FART". drink......it's a must....We did the 10 day out of San Francisco....and we stayed another night after the cruise...did a San Fran tour, saw the sea lions....and did the Alcatraz tour....loads of fun.

I need to confirm with anyone cruising with Carnival. Do we NEED A NEGATIVE covid test before we board their ships on a 8 night cruise...TIA

Does the carnival spirit have the dive movies?

OK, I specifically spoke to my PVP and asked her if I need to provide a NEGATIVE COVID TEST before I board the ship...she said YES UNLESS it is 5 days or shorter cruise...I went into Carnival website and read the following...."Vaccinated guests must continue to provide evidence of their vaccination status prior to embarkation. Pre-cruise testing is no longer required, except for cruises to Canada, Bermuda, Greece and Australia (per local guidelines), and on voyages 16 nights or longer." I don't understand....can someone confirm if I need to have a covid test before boarding a CARNIVAL CRUISE ship...

I have 3 cruises booked...I can't remember what offer each was booked under....Can I see it online? TIA
