Deposits are refundable up until 120 days which is also when final payment is due. After that point, the full payment is refundable up to a certain percentage based on how many days out you are. See below. There more than likely will not be a Black Friday deal that is any different than what they are currently offering.

I don't believe the OP ever took the airfare portion. Only cruises that start and end in the same US city can sail without a passport. Check in was at 21 days. With the delays for passports currently, you would have been in the same boat at check in.

Sorry to hear you are having a bad cruise but who is including this as an upper scale cruise line. Its a mass market cruise line with Carnival and Royal. The little you described shouldn't happen though.

Its because its required by the transportation company so that they can check the status of your flight and change their times accordingly. Go try to book any transfer whether private or shared and they will require it. Just an example below.

Not with NCL but I am almost always asked for my flight information when I book an airport transfer. They want to be able to check your flight status so they can know if there is a delay. Wouldn’t make sense for the driver to be there at the time you ask if your flight is delayed a couple of hours.

I could see them moving the Prima back to Galveston and then doing a Galveston to NY cruise before the April transatlantic.
