I called yesterday evening at 8:15 pm eastern time and spoke to a very pleasant and helpful young lady in the Philippines. I did have to wait on hold for about 15 minutes, she was able to address the issue I had to my satisfaction. As far as waiting for ANYONE to call you back these days good luck 🍀 with that . I am not just talking about cruise lines .

Not every Celebrity Cruise will be stopping at Coco Cay. I like key west and I like Coco Cay , for me these options are very interesting. I understand about trying to avoid the kiddie crowd , so thankfully there are several different itineraries to choose from.

Hi Terry, At what point are you offered the opportunity to book Club Orange ? I recently booked a cruise on the Rotterdam for March of 2024 and did not see any option for Club Orange yet. Do they offer the option as it gets closer to sail date ?

I personally try to be fair and objective whether posting about good things or not so good things connected to a cruise I have been on or a booking / fare experience. Hopefully , all the comments help other cruisers in some way.

I will tell you that when I drink only the ship water my ankles swell. When I drink bottled water, ( plastic bottles ) they do not swell. Maybe that’s just me.

This drink package thing is tricky. In years past before the advent of the drink packages, there was a constant presence of drink servers inquiring if you wanted something to drink at many locations around the ship. Bar service was prompt and polite with very little if any wait time. Now many folks have opted to pay in advance for their drinks ( and gratuities) and all of the sudden it becomes a tedious process to get a drink. Just off the equinox a few weeks ago , I personally experienced this. I sincerely hope that Celebrity does not underestimate the intelligence of the paying customers. Money is mobile.
