Annoyingly I cleared all my cookies and cache thinking it must be me. After all the Az/Celeb website is a pretty straightforward build and set up. Seriously, what can go that wrong to bring a fundamental, business critical part of their operation to a grinding halt ?

Yes, same here, been trying all day. Celebrity accounts also blocked, so looks like general issue across the platform. You'd expect Az/Celeb to drop in a splash page explaining there's a problem, rather than have folk trying continuously and resorting to doing their own investigations.

Anyone else having problems logging into Celebrity account ? Also, seem to be having same issue with Azamara login. Have tried different browser, but no luck.

Have tried calling Azamara a few times but no one answering their phones. So, we completed the online form to buy the Experience More package for our cruise. States someone will call back within 24 hrs for payment. That was 3 days ago, not heard a thing. Business must be great at Azamara if they cannot be bothered calling folk for payments.

eDocs we received today for our 20 Oct TA crossing stated : **Two bottles of wine per stateroom are allowed on embarkation day, subject to corkage fees. Does everyone just ignore that and put it down to Celebrity not bothering to update their own T&Cs ?

It's tricky to have quiet dinner in the MDR unless you manage to get one of the few tables that are set on their own which we've found are invariably snaffled by the same folk each evening. It's not just MDR where privacy can be at a premium. I recall once on an Az cruise booking a specialist restaurant for my wife and I as a little treat. We made the effort to dress up for the evening, looking forward to a quiet dinner for 2 but found ourselves outnumbered by those (from suites) who clearly used the venue as their canteen and persistently tried to engage us in conversation. No amount of hinting would deter them 🙂 We quickly learned you have to be quite clear to the Maitre D what you are looking for.

And additional requirements if the TA docks in Bermuda.

Pity given you could informally swap everything other than the drinks package. Both paid the balance, so too late to do anything about it. Might ask when on board.

We're cruising with friends soon who just bought a cruise-only fare, while we are all-inclusive (only option when we booked months ago). We'd like to swap cabins and packages, as we don't drink. Anyone done this or even think this is possible ?
