    After work we popped down to the beach with a McDonald's drive thru takeaway and tried to relax looking out at sea.

    Thank you Sandi. It took its toll on me 4 years ago when I had my heart attack. They said it was Karma? and if we didn't move I would have another heart attack. Fortunately the Beta blocker medication after my heart attack helped me enormously as has posting on the Daily here.

    Thank you Maureen. We have lived next door to them for 42 years and we have had to do everything they wanted to keep the peace.

    They have told many lies to neighbours but I have the video evidence from our house outside CCTV cameras.

    Thank you Lenda. He died of Liver cancer and we were told he knew for 6 weeks but he did not contact Sarah or us to make peace which upset her.

    Thank you Maureen. We posted a nice condolences card in Sarah's mam's door who lives next door to us and she pushed it back through our letterbox with 🤢 unfriendly words written on it.

    Good morning from a dull North East England. Thank you to all contributers every day. Today's food sounds okay but I prefer my bacon bap that I had this morning overlooking the North sea. I hope everyone is safe and in good health. Best wishes for a nice day to all.

    In January on Iona we were dropped off near the cable car station in Madeira. In November on Iona in Madeira we were dropped off next to a small shopping centre at the other end of the promenade.

    A big welcome from me from England in the UK. Even though we have never sailed on HAL most on here have been lovely to me for the few years I have posted. We have had 67 cruises on Princess,P&O and Royal Caribbean and a lot were from Southampton England and HAL don't sail from there otherwise we would have had many HAL sailings. Very best wishes.
