Good morning. It was 0°C first thing so I had to clear frost off the car windscreen. It is sunny now. I hope everyone is well.

On RCL we have been asked many times to give 10/10 on feedback. When the review request from RCL comes to my email one of the questions is Has anyone asked you to give 10? If so who and what department? Personally if anyone has been exceptional I email the RCL CEO Michael Bayley letting him know who and what the crew member had done to deserve credit. I have also done this twice on P&O and had replies from the executive office. @Selbourne I'm pleased to hear your sore throat is getting better. Our balcony cabin on Iona in January and last November was a little warm most of the time but the corridor was cool. Thank you for your daily reports and prayers🙏 you get a smooth sailing for the remainder of your cruise.

Nice photos Sandi. Arrecife shuttle drop off is about 20 minutes walk to the main shopping street which has gone downhill since the pandemic. There is a new shopping Mall 5 minutes away in a taxi if you want to do some shopping. The promenade is a nice walk. The main tourist areas in Lanzarote are. Playa Blanca. Puerto del Carmen. Costa Tequise. These are well worth a tour.

Good morning. It is 46°F and sunny here. We had a nice church service and Father David mentioned my late dad's memory during prayers. On Tuesday March 5th it will be my late Dad's 12th memory. Thank you for today's daily reports. 3 good days. Silly quote. We have been to Arrecife Lanzarote many times most recently January when we took a tour to Costa Tequise market then last November when we took a tour to Playa Blanca. I hope everyone is well.

Thank you Ann. Your weather yesterday sounded like ours but I'm pleased you and Pat are safe. I hope you are both well.

I agree our Loyalty discount should be allowed straight away. We always book balcony cabins on select fare and take the OBC option. Our last cruise we booked 18 months in advance and got £700 OBC. The late saver prices were more expensive than we paid and no OBC. At least when I book speciality restaurants and excursions online pre-cruise I get 20% restaurant discount and my loyalty discount as well.
