  1. I'm so sorry to hear your news @Mr. Boston. Mental illness is often unseen by others but desperately destructive to the mind of those suffering and it is so sad when people take their own lives. My prayers and condolences to you and everyone who loved your brother. Graham.
  2. Good morning. It is partly cloudy and 52°F here in North East England. Today would have been Pauline's dear late mam's 101st birthday. Her last cruise was with us on her 90th birthday on P&O Ventura. She shared our cabin on 6 cruises 4 of which were on RCL in Suites and Junior suites. I hope everyone is well and good wishes for everyone to have a fantastic day.

  5. The shuttle takes you to Blankenburg about 15 minutes from the port gates. There is 1 main shopping street with several chocolate shops. At the far end there are about 30 steps and when you climb them you come to the main beachfront promenade. Alternatively the train station is 100 metres from the shuttle stop. When you go back to the ship you have to get off the shuttle and walk through the terminal then get another bus to the ship. We have been to Blankenburg many times as well as Brugge and wish you a lovely day there. Graham.
  6. Thank you Maureen I hope father Davids sermon helps. Sending you our prayers 🙏 . Graham and Pauline 💕
  7. What a lovely message. Thank you for posting it. Father David is a wonderful vicar and I'm so pleased that his sermons make you happy. It is pleasing that so many Dailyites appreciate his sermons. Graham
  8. Good afternoon. We had a nice church service this morning then went to the beach with a picnic. I hope everyone is well and you all have a wonderful day.
  9. At that time I was posting a lot of photos of Pauline and me and maybe why I was mentioned. You are lovely Avril and no one should be nasty to you or any of our friends on here. We had a lovely church service today and we went to the beach afterwards and ate a lovely picnic Pauline prepared. Graham.
  10. HAL is a carnival cruise line and some of us are regulars on Princess and of course Pauline and I on P&O as well although most are HAL regulars.
  11. Good afternoon. We had a lovely church service today. It is nice and sunny at the beach as I enjoy the picnic Pauline prepared and my McDonald's coffee. Graham.

  15. Morning Jane. This thread alone is worth staying on cc for and you are loved by us all. The friendliest thread on cc is where I post Father Davids sermons and they will love you if you post on there. Sandi normally starts today's daily at 10am ( 5am US time) and I will post the sermon before church starts at 10.15am. I have never sailed on Holland America line but their welcome to me for 2 years has been amazing and where I do most of my daily posts. Graham xx
  16. I hope you have a fantastic cruise on Vision of the sea's. We had a Junior suite on Vision in February 2017 out of Dubai and made D+ on that cruise with the double points.
