  3. For Thankful Thursday day. Lovely friends on Cruise Critic. Lovely beaches close to home. Take care and enjoy life.
  4. Thank you for your blessings. We are taking Sarah out for a meal later. Her friends funeral is next week. Graham.
  5. Thank you for today's lists Vanessa. I'm so sorry to hear about the death of your BFFs uncle. Condolences to everyone who loved him. Graham.
  6. Yes Pauline has the knack of always liking the most expensive items too. We nearly got caught out at Antigua once when the market was taking US dollars when I noticed a sign saying Caribbean dollars at the side.
  7. Good morning. It is 10.40am sunny and 46°F here in North East England. Thank you so much Sandi for taking the helms of all the daily reports. Digital learning is the norm these days. I haven't played tennis for many years. Not sure about today's food but the Chardonnay will be nice. I hope to hear better news on our care list today🙏🤞 I hope everyone has a wonderful day. Graham.
  8. Great pictures and review. Very interesting. There are approximately 10 Caribbean dollars to $1 American dollar and it's worth asking in some places if it is American dollars they are asking for and not Caribbean dollars. Graham.
  9. I hope you have an absolutely amazing cruise Katherine. Graham.
  10. They encourage you to scan a QR code or use the App. I told our cabin steward I like a paper compass rather than scanning and he got me a paper daily compass every day on Oasis 2 weeks ago. Graham.
  11. The Shambles is one of the most famous streets in York and a must see.
  12. Pauline doesn't fancy the ferry. KLM do 3 flights daily to Amsterdam from Newcastle so it is an option. Ideally a cruise from our home port of Newcastle but only Fred Olsen,Marella and MSC seem to home here as well as DFDS. Pauline likes P&O and we have sailed 32 times out of Southampton from our 62 total cruises and if HAL had a Southampton or Newcastle option we would do it. Graham.
  13. Thank you Sandi. Although Southampton is a 315 mile drive it is convenient for us because Pauline is not keen on flying and we can carry a lot more luggage on board. We stay overnight in a Southampton hotel pre cruise and the cruise terminals are only 5-10 minutes taxi ride away. We also have a first time MSC cruise from Southampton (Pauline's choice). Graham.
  14. I wish HAL would sail from Southampton England. I just booked my second P&O cruise this week from Southampton England. Graham.
