Thank you everyone for all your kind condolences and good messages for Sarah after the death of her Best friends husband last night. He was a guy who lived life to the full especially the last 12 years after only being given 6 months to live 12 years ago with a brain tumour. God bless you all. Graham.

I miss my golf with not being able to play because of severe hip and knee arthritis but when I played regular off single handicap I always played better after a holiday. I focused on a spot 1 inch behind my ball until I hit the ball and this one swing thought always worked in making solid contact and avoided a lot of the potential mishits. Good afternoon. We had a nice church service this Sunday before Lent. We then had a coffee near the beach.

When Pauline was 15 in 1977 her school took her and other pupils to see President Carter when he visited Washington new town about 10 miles away from us. She always remembered him saying a Typical North East England phrase Haway The Lads.

Thank you Sandi. I'm pleased to hear you both got home safely. Sarah's best friend since high school married a nice American 12 years ago. He had brain cancer and was given 6 months to live then but after numerous operations he made it till last night 12 years later and Sarah was devastated. He had raised thousands of pounds for cancer research and was a Real Nice Guy. Graham.

Good evening. It has been a mild but wet day but we still managed to have an hour looking out to sea and imagining we were sitting on our balcony.
