  1. Sorry to hear about your muscle pain. My doctor changed my statin although blood test was clear. My problem was not being able to take Ibuprofen for my arthritis with heart medication. Best wishes that the pain goes away now you are off statins.
  2. Sarah is feeling a lot better now and back to work. The injections are working and she has almost stopped her pain killers. She sees her chiropractor in 2 weeks. Thank you for asking. Graham.
  3. Ypres is in Belgium and best reached from Zeebrugge. We did a tour with Pauline's mam and dad. Roy was ex army and particularly enjoyed it. My grandfather was gassed at Flanders Fields in WW1.
  4. Excellent Paris photos Lenda. We have been to Paris many times. We had our honeymoon there in August 1981. We were there a couple of days after Princess Diana was killed and saw the tunnel where her car crashed and the masses of flowers there for Diana's memory. Graham.
  5. A girl in our class at school was called Elizabeth Orr. The teacher used to shout out E Orr. EOrr😂
  6. Thank you Terry. Bamburgh Castle. Seahouses with the Farne Islands in the background. Vera has been recorded in many places in the Northumberland area. The photos yesterday were around Newcastle Quayside area. Sending Tana my very best wishes.
  7. Good afternoon from a sunny 37°F North East coast of England. I did a couple of sales calls then had a coffee near the beach photoed. Thank you Ann @cat shepard for supplying today's daily reports. I rarely use my lap top preferring to use my phone. I often ear lasagna. We have been to Le Havre many times. It is a good base to see the historic Normandy beaches but is not really appropriate for Paris which is a 2 hour bus drive away. I hope everyone is well. Graham.
  8. Good morning. It is a cold 3°C but sunny. I hope everyone is well.
  9. We had 2 sea days. Even after I booked I was getting emails every day with special offers. Normally we use our D+ BOGO for the first 2 nights. 150 Central Park was the most intimate restaurant on Oasis imo. There are about 10 tables for 2 along the window with these comfortable high backed chairs.
  10. I have done a couple of sales calls this morning and stopped for coffee. It was 33°F and frosty this morning at 07.00 am.
  11. Sue. It cost me £429.22 online in October for the 2 of us for the 7 day unlimited dining package. It includes lunch on Sea days in Chops Grill or Giovanni's which would normally cost $29pppd so is excellent value. Graham.
  12. Excellent post Lenda. Everything you say is absolutely true. Love and compassion on here for people most of us have never met is what stands out for me plus the different theme every day. It is 38°F and still dark here at 06.30am in the UK. Good wishes for everyone. Graham.
  13. Sending prayers 🙏 for your back to improve and your son to recover from his liver abscess. Best wishes. Graham.
  14. Sorry to hear you had caught covid OB. Jet lag and people coughing and sneezing on our 9 hour flight home left me feeling unwell for a day so I took a test which was negative. Please to hear you are recovering.
  15. All of the waiters were excellent. The head chef came out and spoke to us most nights. Ellen the manager of Giovanni's was particularly nice. We emailed Mr Bayleys office praising Ellen and the crew and we got a nice email back.
  16. I booked the ultimate dining package on Oasis of the seas last week and the food in 150 Central Park. Giovanni's Chops Grill was amazing.
  17. Your photos bring back memories. I always appreciate it when people take the time and effort to post photos of their travels.🧸
