  1. That is fantastic news. I'm delighted for you and that is very helpful information. Graham.
  2. It is unusual and even more so with a transatlantic crossing with several sea days.
  3. That is great and reassuring news about your mam. Graham.
  4. Thank you Sandi. Sorry to hear you have lower back issues. Did your numbness clear on your brow after your Moh's surgery a few months ago? Graham
  5. Thank you Melanie. I get arthritis pain in hips, knees and feet every day but fortunately i have a high pain threshold. My late mam had both her knees replaced with one of them done twice. Her sister and my brother have both had hip replacement. Graham.
  6. Thank you Terry and sorry to hear you are in a similar situation. I hope the injections work for you. Take care. Graham.
  7. Thank you I'm pleased to hear this and happy for your golf buddies they can still play. Graham
  8. Good afternoon from North East England. My hip arthritis is worse than expected which my doctor confirmed this morning. He said a new hip has a 10-15 year life expectancy so at aged 66 I said I would wait as long as I can before an op. Thank you for today's daily reports. We have donated cash for years to cancer research and cancer awareness is extremely important. We have a number of soft toy bears and monkey's that Pauline hugs. I will give today's food and drink a miss. Prayers 🙏 and hugs for everyone who need them. I hope everyone has a nice day. Graham.
  9. The city centre is very close to the fairly new ship terminal in Malaga and we just walked. Good point about the shuttle. Several years ago in Madeira where you are due to visit there was special mini buses for wheelchair users. Hopefully there are plenty of taxis for anyone who needs them.
  10. I'm so sorry to hear Shari died. 57 is no age. Condolences for all her family and friends. Graham.
  11. Icon of the seas looks fantastic for children, teenagers and young adults but not for us especially with my arthritis. Royal Caribbean Oasis class ships are perfect for us with Central park being a favourite part of this class of ship for us. Graham.
  12. Bonnie last year I had an epiretinal membrane pealed plus cataract done at the same time with a new lens put in. No pain but much improved vision. The eye drops prevented any pain during the op and I had no pain afterwards. The surgeon said I had a minor cataract in my other eye and I pushed to get that done ASAP and it was done 6 months later. I was delighted with the result. I only need reading glasses now and not the expensive varifocal glasses.
  13. Nice photos. Thank you Sandi for posting Terry's photos. Lovely photo of Terry and her husband.
  14. Thank you for today's lists Roy. I have my appointment early tomorrow morning with my joint doctor to discuss my hip x-ray's. I hope you have an amazing time in Orlando and a wonderful fully deserved cruise. Graham.
  15. Good morning from a partly foggy/sunny North East coast of England. We had a nice church service this morning. We turned our clocks back last Sunday in the UK. Today's quote could possibly apply to all of us who are married. Nice food today. Prayers 🙏 for everyone who is unwell. Best wishes for everyone sailing or due to sail. Graham.
