    Good morning. Thank you for today's daily reports Sandi @StLouisCruisers. I am using Pauline's phone as I could not get onto cruise critic with my phone. 3 excellent days and quote. Kings Day in the Netherlands is important. I hope everyone is safe and well and y'all have a great day.

    Thank you Renee. I do physio exercises and had 3 steroid injections in my knee. I am trying to put off any hip operation as having had a heart attack I worry about potential blood clots with these operations.

    It was March 30th not March 12th sorry. When we were in the terminal at 12.45pm it was packed.

    We were 13.15pm for Iona on March 12th and got there at 12.30pm. They were calling people for 14.00pm check in then.

    We had a full muster drill on Iona March 30th-April 6th and were told they had to do this now and again.

    Thank you Lenny. Arthritis pain is there all of the time but sometimes it is worse. Not being able to mix my heart medication with anti inflammatory medication which is the main Arthritis treatment is the reason.

    My heart medication prevents me taking anti inflammatory medication like Ibuprofen which is the main arthritis treatment.
