We leave today and received ours on Sunday. 4 simple questions....have you had covid shot and booster (yes or no is okay) Are you pregnant? Any signs of illness in last 24 hrs? They may ask you at the terminal check-in if any signs of illness, we were asked here too.

We use our phone data plan for day 1 then use our free days for first two days then buy voom on day 3 and use our 30% casino discount. Works out cheaper than buying pre-cruise.

Whatever cruise you select, you may want to buy your extras such as soda pkg or internet online when black Friday sales start in November. I personally would select Baltimore. Very easy port and as you said you have a friend local to Baltimore to help get around. We have cruised out of NJ and MD for many years during winter months and it is chilly for first day until the ship gets to the Carolinas or so. Have fun planning.

We thought about doing the aquarium wish we had. Sounds like you had a nice day exploring. After wandering around in the heat we went to our pool, water was nice and had a decent breeze from waterfront. We have an 1130 check in but will probably wait to noon or so to leave our hotel. 4 minute drive to terminal 3.

Yes, today's feel like temp was 108f. Someone told us felt better than a couple weeks ago. We had a nice day. Took trolley to Ybor city and walked around for a bit. Was empty but it is Monday. Our friends say some people think it has a bourbon street vibe, New Orleans. Had a nice lunch at a Cafe.

Yes, we have had success with booking the last night of the first sailing. We usually do 3 night dining pkg for a 7 night sailing so if we liked our table location and waitstaff in Mdr we usually ask for same for the following week too.

Yes it is small. On terminal with 3 or 4 gates. Drooping off luggage and going thru TSA was very easy, no line. You must be there at least 60 minutes before flight, no need to arrive 2 hrs early. The sky deck on third floor served breakfast that was pretty decent for airport food. Definitely will use this airport again.
