Sadly, COVID is here to stay. I had it and it was no worse for me than a cold. If you recently had COVID you should be immune for a few months (at least). As long as cruise lines follow the CDC protocols, you take a chance on being quarantined on the ship. If this is of concern then your best bet is to hold off until the protocols are lifted. Take land trips for now. US Resorts don't require the same strict protocols.
