Starlink report The Starlink experience is best summarized in two tests. One test abysmal, the next test better. One guest who is lucky gets their session during a good moment, another user catches casino luck and has a bad moment and therefore a bad experience. During these tests our gateway city was in Texas.

Guest changes after final payment

The other potential risk with removing a 3rd guest from a triple cabin is that Royal could move you to a double cabin so the triple could be sold to a new party of three. With a no show they can't do that but if there are months to go they can and will. -

Port fees and taxes are refunded in all cases of a guest not sailing. Remove them or no show. Same. -

As long as one person from the original booking remains in each cabin you can change the other guests. Since you are after final you could also just deal with it on board. -
These two birds were on patrol together. All a sudden the one on the right did a dive into the ocean. He must have been hot and wanted to cool off. Turns out he was pretty eager to win the game. Success! He kissed a fish! Wait a minute, he's not playing fair. He's eating the other team! With his tail feathers still draggin in the ocean that fish was done like dinner. Eager to be the best on his team, the bird went back on patrol skimming the ocean.

While the crew vs. guest volleyball game was playing out on deck 11, the bird vs. fish game was playing out in the Pacific Ocean. The object of today's game was for the birds to kiss a fish. Team fish today consisted of the flying fish team. These little guys: Fish win the game when they make it back into the ocean without being kissed by a bird.
