Here's the video the ship created to instruct guests how to disable MAC address randomization. This is such an issue that there were lines at the Voom desk for several days into this cruise. This impacts all ships so be prepared and save yourself the headache of dealing with this when you board a ship. -
The chat feature is back in the app but I'm having difficulty searching for people by name.

Back on Radiance too. I didn't update my app as I tend not to do updates while on a cruise. Voom isn't good enough to risk getting some corruption during an update.

When I left my cabin this morning I could smell the faint textile smell of new carpet that I caught when walking past them the other day as they were replacing carpet in the forward stairwell. I suspect they've replaced more carpet somewhere overnight.

One thing to note about Radiance and a canal transit. They block access to the outdoor promenade aft deck 5 area. These bollards or whatever is the proper name on the sides near the aft were used for the steel cables from the mules. There was a lot of worn paint chips and bare metal showing so they would be a hazzard to guests. I'm assuming a lot of tension is on the cables so a safety risk.
