Have been trying to find out the answer. If Royal cancels your cruise  (which they have) and you ask for a refund do you get your deposit back?

I am not over 70 but my husband is.  He is in good health but I know our primary Dr. wlll not sign this type of letter. Nor do I think any Dr. would. I have worked in the health field for years and realize this virus is no laughing mater. I  believe this required letter can  opens a lot of legal issues. 

Our Carnival cruise is not till Oct. Hoping this clears up and no required letter. If the letter is required I suppose this might be the end of our 40 plus cruises.

As far as the over 70  letter this is crazy. I realize this is not just Carnival. We have a cruise on another line in May, And one booked on Carnival in Oct.  That's if they are still sailing. What next will hotels, trains, planes stop allowing 70 plus to enter. There are people younger then 70 that have worst health issues I would think is might open lots of legal issues. Do they have shade or rent umbrellas? How much for a umbrella?

Printed boarding pass. My pass says Diamond Choice. What does Choice Mean.

Just wondering if you have a early Tundra tour are the restaurants open early to have breakfast before you leave on your tour?

Just printed my doc's and boarding pass. Generally on other lines their is a bar code on the pass. On our Holland America boarding pass it just say Boarding pass and our name, state room etc. Is this correct or did I not print everything? Its been 30 yrs since I cruised Holland.LOL

Went on the updated Royal site. I and can't find where you picked which free soda, water, juice etc. you can pick when reaching upper levels. We have always been able to select prior to the cruise. Anyone know where the selection is?

Does anyone know where the regular stops/pickups are at the port?

I have been having this problem for a couple of months. Called NCL tech support and they didn't have a clue as to what was going on. Said the problem was on my end. It all started after some upgrading of system on their end. Note: I only have this problem on my IPad not on my laptop or desktop.

My problem just started yesterday. I had just received a call from NCL telling me my shareholder benefits were being added to my account. I spoke with NCL support after clearing my cookies. They tried doing another thing and still not fixed. They asked permission to use my username and password on their computer and they got the same error. This leads me to believe it is at their end!!!!! Just hoping they don't lose any shore excursion and dinner ressies which I have booked.

I find that I get a system error depending on my browser. Switch browsers and I can access what I need. Issues seem to happen with Chrome and Safari. Hate to say I have more success using Explorer. At this point I am only keeping Explorer on my computer so I can access ncl.com.

Have been trying to access my vacation summary. Keep getting a system error. Any one else having this problem?

Does GOS have a fridge in their inside cabins. If not what do people use for getting insulin cold?

Cruise June 2017 on Gem. Cruising again on Gem this Nov. Just wondering if any points we got and didn't use can transfer to this cruise. I know some rules have changed.

Just wondering if there is a limit on the $50 per port credit. We are on a 11 day cruise and 6 ports. Someone mentioned its only up to 4 ports. I have heard different answers.

Thanks for the info. Going on a transatlantic in Sept. so at least I have an idea of the dining times. Hope you don't mind asking but where does one find a "healthy snack" around 4 pm? Since we are talking times early/ late what are the times? Does is vary from ship to ship? First timer and a friend booked everything.

Robes are available in concierge only. Not sure why you need one though.

Not traveling with hubby or family member. Traveling with a friend. Would like to have a robe after getting out of shower. To free up shower for the other person. Have to keep luggage weight to 44 lbs as we are flying. Nice to know that I could go to locker room and get one. Thanks for info

First time cruiser on Disney.Doing a transatlantic in Sept. just wondering if they have bathrobes in the staterooms. I need to watch weight of luggage traveling to London. We are in a deluxe ocean view.

I have cruised on many cruise lines but this is my first Disney cruise. Excited but need a few questions answered. Hope someone can help. When can I do online check in? When can I book excursions? When I do book excursions do I pay for them when I book online or to they go on my onboard account? And the last question .I am cruising with a friend and we want our own onboard account. Is this possible to do ahead of arriving at the port.?

We are 4 adults that need to get to the Dover port. We will be arriving at Gatwick south terminal at 11 am on a Saturday. What are our options to get to get to the port on our own. Read that we would have to transfer in London is it doable with luggage?

Was told by our TA that the Free at Sea $50per cabin per port could also be combined with the Distinctive Voyage promo. Hope she's right.

If you are platinum and your free specialty pick is al al carte do you have to pay for apps or desert?
