Question I purchased 100 ncl stocks in 2022 and send in my request for OBC. After 2 weeks an email came back to ask for an updated brokerage statement. Since I am not purchasing another 100 shares. See below thank you for your email request regarding shareholder benefit, at this time we cannot apply the shareholder benefit the date on your brokerage statement is from last year. We need your current brokerage statement to verify proof of 100 shares.

I also inquired about the ncl breakaway Nov transatlantic sailing and December ncl gem sailing. They are only 1 point each.

Henry How would I get to the next level on cruise crituc?

I spoke to ncl rep and inquire if the ncl jewel is still valid for 3 extra points and he checked? And came back to tell me that only ncl spirit qualified. He said there are only 3 sailings that qualified for the 3 extra points. To me that seem very strange.

When I log in it tells me 1 additional point

Which transatlantic would qualify for the 3 extra points including latitude would be 4 points per night?

Sailaway is at 5pm, the ship will sail without all those passenger still waiting on line.

Hi Henry Have a great and relaxing cruise.

Question for anyone who had a cabin on deck 5, on ncl jewel under the casino area, would the smoke penetrate into the room? Is the smoke noticeable in that area or while walking to your room since the casino is above you ?

As I was told, they don’t charge for the ice but they charge for room service fee. ask your room Stewart to get you an ice bucket and fill up your ice daily or once you get the ice bucket and he or she did not fill your bucket with ice. You can always go to the buffet area to get ice.

Are you working with a travel agency, perhaps they might be able to tell you? Maybe only selected ships qualify for the transatlantic booking. I believe the March latitude that the getaway, Dawn, gem and star. The April latitude might be the same?

On my last 12 day southern carribean cruise it was 1 bag of free laundry for platinum but on a 15 day cruise I was told it would be 2 bags of laundry. Go to cruise next area and confirm.

When you call to speak with a NCL rep they do not have the same point system as the online promo. Might be better if you do the NCL online chat. They might have the answer.

Does anyone know if embarkation in the Manhattan cruise terminal in nyc pier 88 recognizing tier? Is there a separate line for platinum members or just 1 line for everyone except priority, haven and special needs? please share. Thanks

Can someone please clarify for the online proctored test, do you pay first and schedule the test? How far in advance do you schedule your online test. A week in advance? or perhaps take the test at the Seattle’s cruise terminal for $99.00 per person? Can someone confirm that amount? Thanks in advance.

Beds in the ncl getaways are very comfortable

Thank you all for your quick response. This is my first time emailing ncl and I send in my stock purchase with account number blacken out on Tuesday on 6/7/22 but I did not get a response back and I also looked on my ncl summary and do not see any OBC. so just wondering if it will somehow show up when I get on board. Maybe it’s too soon since I sail on 8/29/22

We are sailing on ncl spirit out of Seattle on 9/21, I believe we need to get a negative Covid test on Monday. 2 days before embarkation, not the same day. Does anyone know if in the Seattle terminal is a mess like the New York terminal? Are there separate lines for platinum members or just one line?
