Good to hear it! We're on with another couple we cruise with (they are RC Pinnacle) but they haven't been on Edge class (on with us on Infinity last Oct) so looking forward to them experiencing it and see what they think. I'm thinking we'll have our usual great time on X.

Agree with much of what has been shared on here, fortunately we've had nothing but enjoyable food, service, and experiences on X. Booked on three more this year, can't wait and will share our thoughts.

We're on Edge April 7 for 10 days, so hoping not to many over Easter weekend and week after! In the Retreat so that should help??

Just read a post the the Apex on a Feb B2B had a lot of children on the second leg. So, curious for those recently on and currently on Edge the amount of children onboard? On our past X cruises there have not been many at all (handful). Thanks.

Haven't see anything on a X app, yet, but for recent/current cruisers on Edge do they have a White Night?

@schmidlapp Thanks for this feedback. We are on Reflection in October for Greek Isles to Barcelona and then TA to FLL. Helpful and I hope Luminae has some of the food issues sorted out soon. Mind sharing who your Butler is?

Was not aware as I have read other threads calling out specific crew members for excellent service, Perhaps, one of the Admins can provide direction as want to follow the rules.

True, should have worded it to who was/is your butler. Not that big of a deal as will know soon enough, just curious. Thanks.

Anyone who has recently been or currently are in The Retreat on Edge mind sharing who the Butlers are? We're on in April and curious to know before boarding. Appreciate any information and thanks!

We have yet to dine in Eden but plan to on Edge coming up in April. Any thoughts on what to expect? Realizing everyone's taste are different, but any dishes that stand out? Look forward to thoughts and thanks!

Martini Bar was a hotspot on Reflection last October and Apex last April, and expect it to be the same on Edge coming up in April. From a reason I can't explain, other than having a great time in other venues, we have not experience Eden, yet, but plan to do so on Edge. Any tips for Eden newbies?

Our experience on Reflection and Apex last year, no noise issues. On Edge in April so will have ears perked up.

That is very good to know. We had a great itinerary on X Apex from the British Ises to the Norwegian Fjords then a TA back from Southampton to FLL, but X does not have it scheduled now after having it for the last couple of years. Our first TA is in October on X Reflection but will certainly keep your point well taken on Oasis.

We dined in 2 out of the 4 MDR's on Apex last April and found the atmosphere, food and service to be quite good. While we are Retreat guest, we will find some time to try them again on Edge in April.

You're right, we should have said something to the concierge (shame on us as we're old enough/have cruised enough to know better!). Won't let that happen again if we cruise RC (nothing planned any time soon).

We are on Reflection in October and from the feedback hope Olympia and Cranston are in Michael's club as we've not had them before. Also, not sure if anyone has had Walter as their Butler but we did on Apex last April and he was wonderful. He said he wanted to get back on Reflection and he didn't particularly care for the bigger ships. Hope he makes it back to Reflection for October.

We found the CK and specialty restaurants to be quite good with excellent service (went to 150 Park and Chops twice). The only issue for us in CK/Lounge was small children whose parents let them have the run on the place. I will spare the details. We have never had that experience on our cruises before and hope no one else does either.

Have been reading many posts on how much food quality, quantity and service have demised (in some cases significantly across the X fleet) and curious about Retreat booked guests experience this year? Have you experienced a decrease in food, service, suite, room attendant, Butler or anything else this year as Retreat guests and around the ship? We have cruises Millie (2019), Apex (2022) and Infinity (2022) and are booked on Edge in April so would appreciate your experiences. Thanks!

We like the made to order pasta station and pizza on Apex (April last year) and Infinity (Oct last year) typically a little later at night. But we have read on other posts that some ships/itineraries that the made to order pasta bar is no longer available? Are these still available on recent, this year, cruises?

Questions for Mr. Liberty - Will RC be bringing Celebrity to the new RC Terminal in Galveston? Will RC be enhancing their itineraries with 10-14 day cruises? And if so, to different ports, i.e. Panama Canel, Central America, etc? Thanks

We are booked on Edge in April out of FLL. Was on Infinity last October, Apex last April and Milie on 2019. We have only booked suites and have had very good experiences on all, the only downside on Apex was the change in Butlers as we had three during the cruise due to COVID still going through the crew and customers so that was not the ship's fault. We have never had a bad Celebrity experience, or RC for that matter having cruised more with that line except for just getting off of Allure in an owners Suite as we wanted to try a "mega" ship and while the ship was beautiful with great crew/service and a lot of venues it was too big and to many families with some unruly children to include children in the Suite Lounge that the parents just let have run of the place (like their own daycare) and the staff did not speak to them about it. Bottom line, we have loved Celebrity, so far, hope we have the same experience on Edge and we have a number of upcoming Celebrity cruises including Reflection to Europe/TA this October. Look forward toto your review if you choose to do one.
