Dan’s thread is a Godsend. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate everyone’s concern, well wishes and support. I go into tomorrow’s surgery nervous but comfortable in knowing that you all are here supporting me. It’s like several hundred crammed into the operating room with me.

Thank you everyone so much for your well wishes. I’m nervous but ready to get this behind me. I’m tired of hurting, limping and going up and down stairs with one leg at time. Tomorrow will start a long process but one that has a end in sight.

There is a nationwide shortage of Pharmacists. Combine that with CVS’s working policies and working them to the bone. Apparently Walgreens has the same problem. There is always a line to pick up prescriptions inside and even outside in the drive through. Most of time I only see one pharmacist working along with 2 or 3 techs.

Medicare will pay the the first 3 weeks of the bike. It’s all on a computer program so the bike will do most of the work. Yes I will report back. Thanks for your well wishes.

Thanks Maryann. I’m getting my typical pre surgery anxiety that I always get. Having trouble getting all my prescriptions done. Insurance did not want to pay for the pregabalin so doctor substituted gabipentan. Then because of a stupid new Missouri law I can only get 7 days of Oxycodone. Do the doctor will have to write a new script after that plus one prescription will not be ready until Monday which does me no good when I get home on Sunday. So we will have the script sent over to another CVS. Needless to say CVS pharmacy is all screwed up right now. They have some serious problems on how they treat their pharmacists plus the pharmacy is now closed on weekends which makes things even worse.

Yes the bike is new. He did not prescribe one on my other knee. It basically pedals for me and has different levels of resistance. There is a computer connected to my wi-fi and sends data back to the doctor.

Thanks for compliments. It’s fun do those when we used to have more kids in the neighborhood. When I did the shows I would 200-300 kids. Last night we maybe had 60 tops. We went dark about 8pm. It didn’t help matters that it was very cold last night. That kept a lot of people from coming out.

I did not know that still trying to get all their dining options figured out. Thank you I will let you know. We had an aft on Liberty and loved it. Now while Beyond is a much larger ship. I am hoping the walk will not be that bad. It will be a good test for my new knee.

I did not use the liquid IV this last cruise and my feet and ankles still blew up. I really think this is related to my blood pressure medicine. I will have my doctor change it before we cruise again.

I did not know that. I may end up regretting this decision. I just wasn’t sure I would like infinite veranda. I like a traditional balcony. I’d like to visit a room with the IV to see what it’s like.

Hello friends! I’m back and finally settled in to spend more time here. Unfortunately I don’t think I can go back and read everything I’ve missed as I’m getting ready for knee replacement on Friday. If I’ve missed birthdays, special occasions, sickness, problems or accomplishments I’m sorry. Know that I care about all of you. I want to thank all of you that took time to follow and post on my live review thread. I broke a new record for me with over 67,400 views and over 1.100 posts. I am humbled by your support and hope I can do better in the future. I will try and keep up after my surgery but as you know being drugged up with painkillers I will be doing a lot of sleeping. Or maybe not as I am being prescribed a portable connect pedal bike that sends data back to my surgeon. Medicare covers it and it will be delivered today. I am supposed to use at least 3-5 times a day for 10-20 minutes. Combine that with physical therapy 2-3 times a week I will be pretty busy. At least I should be ready for Beyond in April. Cheer.

Yep Friday is cut down day. Love the Freedom of the. knees reference. I’m going to be working hard on rehab for our Beyond sailing. We have an aft cabin so I need to get used to walking a lot. Thanks OB. The only shot I did not get to put in was your signature feet shot on the beach. Aw shucks thanks Bob. I gotta keep my skills up. Trust me when I say I like shooting video of beautiful beaching than shooting news video any day of the week.

I will probably do a as if live after we get back. I want to do the review and think upon it as it will be our first Celebrity cruise and I would like to compare.

Mahomes had the flu but did not blame the loss on that. He said they just played really bad and Denver played a great game and deserved to win. I have suspected the Chiefs all season long with having weak receivers. None of them knew how to get open and they dropped a lot of balls. The defense played well but Kansas City's inability to score in the red zone has been problematic all year. This does not look like a Super Bowl contender yet. New video coming soon. I think you will like it.
