Love Royal but they need to fix the disembarkation
Sea Dog replied to pfm18's topic in Royal Caribbean International
I’ve never paid over $25 for it. It boils down to if the price is right and you were planning on getting the internet anyway it can be a good deal. That’s great you see no advantage to it because others apparently do. Royal seems still sell this option a lot. -

Im not sure what happens for suites and Pinnacle’s. This is for people who have purchased the “Key.” -

From 6:30-8:30. We usually go around 8am and eat a leisurely breakfast till 9am. -
That’s it!!!! Thanks. I knew it was a weird combination. I should try that on my next cruise to see what it’s like.

That’s the closest thing to a late checkout. We have enjoyed the Key for that fact. You can enjoy an enhanced breakfast menu eat leisurely and then disembark on your own time. -
Seeing a game overseas is pretty cool. I was fortunate in my years as a sports videographer covering the Chiefs to travel to Berlin for a week and to Tokyo for a week. I was amazed how many foreigners love American football. Good luck with the Bills. They are playing great. The Chiefs have got some issues and I don’t like the way Mahomes is playing right now.

We did the Chops filet upgrade with Lobster night in the MDR on the Bella cruise. For the price it was a great value. Let me know if you and Andy would like to join us for dinner one night. We are planning on night 3 at Giovanni’s, night 4 at Chops and night 7 back at Giovanni’s. Let me know if any of those interest you.

Thanks Judy. I will be real interested in what the food will be like on Adventure. I must say after looking at the new menus I think I liked the way it was before. Hopefully the specialty restaurants will be good. I don’t think I could look at it as at least I don’t have cook. I do expect better. I know it will not be 4 star or Michelin rated but I do want food that’s better than Applebees. Either way I’m sure I will find food and drinks that I will like and the icing on the cake is that I’m on a ship in the Caribbean. It doesn’t get any better than that.

His reviews were great. I’m trying to remember what was in that Trainman Breakfast Sandwich too.

Sure thing we are eating at Giovanni’s on night 3 at 6:45, Chops on night 4 at 6:45 and back at Giovanni’s on Night 7 at 6:45. I will still need to make reservations once on board. If one of these nights work with you let me know and we can make a large table reservation. Also I noticed in this weeks app it shows the gangway to open at 7:30am on our Tortola port. The charter company has us down to meet them at 7:30 so when I talk to them as we get closer I will tell them more like 7:45am. All aboard that day is 2:30pm so we might have to adjust what time we leave JVD.

Well since I can't do too much and I am taking it easy at least I have one diversion, the Adventure sailing starting today has our same itinerary so it's to the app I go. Most of you know I am a planner type guy. I make out a schedule for preplanning which nights we do specialty and which nights to eat in the MDR. So far it looks like on our sailing it will be. Day 1 Casual "Welcome" Day 2 Formal "Taste of Italy" Day 3 Caribbean "Taste of the Caribbean" Day 4 Casual "Taste of Mexico" Day 5 70's "Taste of Italy" Day 6 Dress to Impress "Royal Night" Day 7 Casual "Bon Voyage" So judging from the menus I think we will do our 3 night dining package on nights 3,4 and 7. Now I know all this could change as to availability once I try and make reservations but it gives me a chance to see everything and help plan.
