On this cruise with you,and agree completely that embarkation was chaotic. Could it be because Princess cancelled allocated arrival times? We had reserved some time ago,the 11.30 to 12,00 slot but this was cancelled a few days before the cruise. We decided to stick to our original booked times but seems that half the ships complement decided to join us. Entered the dock gates at 11.15 and then took 90 minute to board. Queues to park the car then queues to deposit luggage. Once in arrivals hall everything went smoothly and fast. Any way must put such frustrations in the past. Excellent attention from the crew and yummy food since boarding

From our experience all of the quoted ports accept US Dollars

Afraid on board spend can only be used on board. As you say can cancel and take chance to book once onboard

We had reserved a fixed table in advance on cruise last May. On boarding there was a card in cabin giving table no. and stating that it had to be taken by 7.00 pm or could be released for other guests.

Sky Princess is departing UK ( Southampton) on 25th September 2025 to include Israel,BUT,it is a 31 night cruise !!

I have annual Travel Insurance that is due to expire on December 24th. As I elected not to have automatic renewal,I sought a quote for next year from the same insurer,discovering they have a 20% off Black Friday offer,which ends on Nov 28th. So I have renewed,but I can’t help wondering if I had automatic renewal would I have got any discount.

As a general rule in the UK we would add 10% tip to restaurant bills, checking it has not been added already. Taxis would be about 10% on short journeys,less percent on longer trips. Also for no reason I can fathom,we tip hairdressers about the same

A question for somebody who has had experience of this situation I have booked and paid for shore excursions for my upcoming cruise on Emerald Princess. As I am Elite I understand that the 10% discount provided by this level is credited as OBC on my account.Does anybody know if this OBC is refundable if not used Many thanks in anticipation. Bob
