  1. I was a very regular 76 year old solo cruiser but I’ve not cruised since before Covid. My nightly ritual after a second sitting dinner was to take a walk on deck, to walk my dinner down before returning to my cabin. It would appear that this is a practice I need to discontinue. Any thoughts?
  2. Thanks for your swift reply. I also have just received the statement but the window that the benefits are listed in will not enlarge, a hitch with the IPad no doubt.
  3. Does anybody know if slippers are still provided for Baltic members. This benefit is not now listed under the benefits provided.
  4. Do Baltic members still receive slippers? They are not mentioned in the description of benefits.
  5. I think P and O just do not want the ‘Grayheads’ anymore, probably because we want to be on a CRUISE SHIP not a floating hotel. Slowly but surely the ‘all inclusive’ is being eroded.
  6. I wonder how many of these incidents, fuelled by alcohol are caused by people determined to get their money’s worth out of a drinks package. “Why not put the price of the drinks package down and lower the amount of alcohol which may be consumed.
  7. I have been told by P and oh that if you ask your cabin steward you can still have the small bottles of toiletries and a face cloth. Has anyone any experience of this.
  8. Are these required before boarding the ship in Southampton?
  9. How does one find out what documentation is required for each cruise. Is there a published list available.?
  10. Yet another cut back. After many years with P and O, it is now time for change. I think my 35 nighter at the beginning of March 23 will be my last.
  11. Last message too unclear. Does anybody know if P and O are still sending out the Pre Departure brochure which contains the pull out page of luggage labels. I’ve not cruised since pre Covid and I’m wondering if this has also been cut.
  12. Oh and oh still posting things out prior to departure. There is the pull out page towards the back which contain your luggage labels. This is so useful as it saves you having to print them out.
  13. I take it you can no longer attend after dinner entertainment unless you have been to reception and booked. (More queuing) I Have no phone or tablet.
  14. Just a little concerned on how people like myself who don’t have a mobile phone or tablet are expected to cope. I go on holiday to leave computer issues at home.
  15. I hope P & O realise that the Aurora is their most popular ship. PROPER SAILING!
  16. I’ve asked P & O what documentation is required for my cruise. All they have told me is to “arrange any COVID-19 pre-cruise tests required for your holiday”. This is not helpful. Can anybody provide me with more useful advise?
  17. Is there a welcome lunch on Ventura for loyalty members and does it include Baltic members. Are you given an invitation at Check in?
  18. Does the welcome lunch include Baltic loyalty members?
  19. Is there an outside area for breakfast on Ventura, if so what deck is it on?
  20. I do not have the necessary equipment for photos so next March will be turning up at Southampton with my boarding pass, medical questionnaire, Esta, Insurance documents, Credit card and Passport. PLEASE is this all that is needed? How dreadful if I was turned away.
  21. To Terrierjohn, This is new to me, a change. Are you not given your keycard when at embarkation anymore? Do they still take your photo at embarkation? Any other changes in the last three years?
  22. Suggest you telephone the P and O Free phone telephone No. I always found them extremely helpful. Good luck. Be sure you get sorted out before you embark. You don’t want to take a chance of receiving the incorrect cabin key at check in.
