There’s a thread on this world voyage in the roll calls section, which has been a bit sparsely used. Good to see another. We board in Sydney.

We’re travelling on October 22 on Resilient Lady, and cannot do Step 2. VV are no help. I’ve had the issue referred “up” several times.

I’m not sure if you were replying to me. Yes. And I’ve turned it off and turned it on again. Their app has never worked properly and has been pretty poorly designed. It beats me why they didn’t just concentrate on the website.

I would like them to fix their problem. It’s not rocket science.

It’s the same app everywhere. I expected to be able to take a photo of the passport page. I don’t have problems - the app does. I want to finish the “check in”, as I don’t want to be stuck in line for too long.

Travel Documents

I booked about 18 months ago. I still can’t complete step 2 of the 6 check in steps - ‘we’re still getting ship ready … please check back later’. We depart in 33 days. VV is no help. The other 5 steps are complete.

How long before the sailing are you able to “upload documents”in the app?

Any Queen Victoria cruise from Sydney leaving on March 4.

I just received an email from my TA offering a good price on the same cruise but going all of the way to Southampton.

I received the email as well and have booked the cruise. Good company. I’ve used them before for a VV cruise.

BTW, I can’t find a roll call for the trip. Don’t Cunard travellers use CC much? (I’ve never been on Cunard before)
