Hi We are Just of the Nova In February which we enjoyed but a couple of minor faults, and were looking forward to the Spirit Cruise which has just been cancelled. We were door to door on the Nova , but looking at alternative cruise in late 2025/ 2026 which suit us the prices for door to door has shot through the roof now looking alternative cruise lines.

Hi Can confirm that there are showers in the SPA , in the gents section which gives you access to a Sauna , Steam Room and entry to the shared thermal pool. Don't know if this is replicated on the Ladies Section.

Hi We are just off the Silver Nova at Rio , we had suit 8009 at the front of the ship , we booked this suit as it had a water drop on the deck plan and had it confirmed that the suit had a shower and a separate bath. In our suite the bath was on the left hand side on entering the bathroom and the separate walk in shower on the right which was also well sized. The bathroom was large and spacious enough, my partner wanted a bath which was large enough for a good soak , she also had the butler run her a bath one night after coming off an excursion it was worth it as fake candles on the side of the bath, a sweet treat ,and a bottle of champagne in a cooler on the hand wash cabinet. One of the best suites we have been in.

Hi We are cruising on the Nova on 5/2 from Buenos Aries to date we have not had any information about our luggage labels , we obtained our cruise ticket from TA on Sunday but no labels. A few years ago we cruised on the Silver Wind and a received a box containing the luggage labels and nice metal fasteners for the labels we were very impressed, has their format changed and you will get the luggage labels at the post cruise hotel. Any information would be appreciated. Flights from the UK.🤔

Enjoying your thoughts on the ship , food , service and entertainment we are coming on board in Argentina. Last time, many years ago on the Silver Wind they provided an afternoon tea with a selection of loose tea , scones and sandwiches which we enjoy bit of a British Tradition do they have that on board the Nova may be in the Arts Cafe.

Hi The point is Celebrity wanting to charge you more , takes that sparkle off it , you save up you look forward to the cruise and they don't try to assist you with a change of time on the booking , As suggested will try and change the time on boarding , it would have bee nice to change it pre cruise and then you have the boarding day planned with a sparkle at the end

Sparkle lost before boarding , booked on the Millennium sailing from San Juan in December 2022 . Booked a Tuscan Grill offer on the 1 st night of the cruise at 2000 hrs months ago at the initial special price , then found the sail away is at 2030 hrs leaving San Juan e mailed Captains Club asking to get the booking earlier , got a phone call yesterday informing me that they could move it to an earlier time but it would cost more as that offer has now changed to a higher price , takes the shine off the company was only looking for a change of time for the booking very stingy if Celebrity have sailed with them on previous occasions so will miss the sail away

Thanks for the update Lets hope that Celebrity Cruise Line re looks at their testing protocols.

Hi A lot of good information , but still a bit confused sailing from San Juan Puerto Rico on Sat 3/12 flying out from Glasgow on 01/12. Contacted Celebrity Customer Services saying we could test 3 days before the cruise which means we could test the day before flying we are fully vaccinated and have the boosters. But looking at USA web site it appears we would need to test 2 days before the cruise. The start day would be on our flying day that leaves us a big problem . we need to test at Heathrow with 1 hr 30 min , transfer at same terminal or then on to Miami with 4 hrs transfer wait , try and get test there or purchase a kit in UK and take it with us . I would like to test in UK but don't think Cruise Lines information was correct. We are not great tech users re Zoom calls etc . Moved this to this arena as seems the most appropriate

I agree checked some other information on cruise critic for other cruise lines one quoted that Regent were dropping the required testing in August. I hope you enjoy your Windstar cruise , we have 2 days in San Juan before returning back to Scotland and looking forward to exploring San Juan. Can you recommend any Stand out places In San Juan.

Thanks so much Stan Gives me great options , Managed to contact Celebrity Customers service which confused me even more said we could test 3 days before the cruise which gives us the option of testing in the UK. They sent a copy of information just with 2 days and 3 days telling you the days you can count back to take the test but doesn't differentiate between the requirements for the days that apply to you. But when you read the information it would appear if you are fully vaccinated and had the booster that the protocol is 2 days.

Thanks for the idea , was on celebrity site trying their port booking if required San Juan no on their list Also tried to see if can obtain the Video Test via their connecting approved suppliers all USA based with no supply to the UK. It must be difficult for International Travellers who come in early to the port to ensure they make the cruise to obtain the necessary Covid Test before boarding . I have e mailed the Hotel waiting on a reply.
