  1. Our tour guide informed us that the dock was deepened last year to accommodate ships the size of Queen Anne without the need to tender. Very grateful of this today as the wind on the Quay is bracing to say the least!
  2. My first impressions are very favourable. Embarkation was no better or worse than P&O, we took an hour from arriving to getting on board in a long and winding queue. The cabin is lovely, particularly impressed by the shower and the soft and comfy robes. The balcony is bigger than P&O Iona's (we're on deck 5). I managed to hang all of my (many) clothes up but am in agreement that the hangers are a pain in the wotsit. Food so far has been very good. We dined in Aranya last night - great service and the level of spice suited me fine, but I am a lightweight in that department. Noir in the Bright Lights Society was very entertaining! And finally we've been very lucky with the weather. Long may it continue 🌤️
  3. I'm on board tomorrow too. First time with Cunard after multiple cruises with P&O. Really looking forward to it.
  4. H417 Queen Anne 14-28 July Iceland and British Isles 15th July Black and White 19th July Masquerade 25th July Roaring Twenties
  5. A fascinating insight, many thanks for sharing.
  6. Absolutely gutted. Just got the email. Second cancellation for this year 😪
