    Was this with the basic? On my April cruise I could see pictures and post on CC while using my premium minutes, but not with basic.

    That would depend if you have a refundable or non-refundable deposit. A change in ship or sail date will incur a penalty with a NRD.

    If anything, it will get them to completely prohibit doing this instead, given the cost cutting that's happening.

    While the stock may have doubled in the last year, those hanging on for the long term are still nowhere near the pricing just prior to the crash. Those shareholders are still at a 33% loss.

    From a recent "enhancement" to my cruise itinerary where I lost a day and 2 ports with no reduction or additional OBC.

    Get a cabin on the starboard side to avoid the smoke wafting up. If you go deck 8 and up, port side is also OK.

    The downside of early booking is you stand a greater chance of your cruise itinerary being changed, removed, or chartered, leaving you scrambling for alternatives. That said, I still book as early as I can.

    You are upgrading your single device to premium in one offer, and upgrading your single device as well as adding a second device on the same account in the other offer.

    Blu is limited to Aqua. Blu is not considered a specialty dining venue.

    Except in some stretches of a Panama cruise. There were some poor/ non-existant reception areas in April, but moreso on the west side.

    You can never be sure where or who had a hand in starting the implementation of these changes. It could be the new CEO taking the hit for things started by her predecessor.
